The Staff is wonderful, we have seen some of the best doctors, nurse practitioner's and front office staff. But….the work load is unmanageable, unreasonable, and grossly unfair to these caring medical professionals, who are trying to help us, and leaving this community with a revolving door of care. Adventist Corporate needs to do whatever it takes to come to the aid of this facility. A Big Thank you to all of Adventist employees here in Oakhurst California!!!

Best doctor ever
Very concerned and spent the time necessary to help and begin diagnosing my mysterious condition
He had checked on me every day through this entire scary situation
I believe he will have a diagnosis for me and a solution to my condition
He listens to more than the words I say
He is concerned with my mind body spirit and soul as a person and treating me as a whole person
He has already given me steps to begin me recovery which I have been doing
I trust him with my life
I am so lucky to have Dr. Schaffner as my primary care physician

My recent appointment went well, I have a new Dr.and she is very nice, very caring. She impressed me and did an actual examination most Dr's nowadays never even touch you, they just ask a bunch of questions and write a prescription, not this time.
PA Helen Mommens ordered tests to find the actual problem, examined the area and listened to me. I hope she stays at Adventist Health. UPDATE: They had a 5 star rating from me but my Dr. decided to pass me off to somebody else there, so now I've dropped my rating to 3 stars. I really liked Helen but she passed me off to a new doctor, I've seen so many doctors since I've been going here and I'm very tired of being passed around.

When I make an appointment for medical service’s I do NOT want to be witnessed to about religion and I don’t want to hear about politics. It’s not why I am there! The religion thing happened in May. The political stuff happened 3 times with 2 different Doctors!!! They should know better than to talk about these things at medical appointments! These people shouldn’t be working for Adventist if they can’t keep politics and religion out of medical appointments. I do realize Adventist is a religious organization but even at Loma Linda where I used to go for medical services it was all about MEDICAL CARE & not anything else. That’s the way it should be! Now I have to find medical professionals who know how to treat patients!!! So sad since where I live there’s only one doctor with Adventist and he talked politics. Keep those things out of my medical appointments!

The facility is beautiful, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am a new patient with them since I moved to the area but my experience was very positive so I feel confident I have made the right choice for my future health care. I am a older lady so having a good experience with a new health care facility is important to me. Will be happy to follow up with you as I move thru their system. Thank you for requesting my input.
