I had an appointment to get my ears checked at 2:45 with Dr. Karen Fann, but I didn’t get to see the doctor until 30-35 minutes later. My experience with the doctor wasn’t pleasant. When she checked my nose with a nasal speculum, she applied too much pressure, leaving my nostrils tender for the rest of the day.

During the ear wax removal, it hurt so much that I had to raise my voice and complain multiple times. It felt as if someone was pulling my eardrum out of one of my ears. When I left, I told the doctor about my discomfort and mentioned that I never want to go through that again. I believe the doctor could have been more gentle. Because of this rough treatment, I’m considering finding another doctor for any future ear-related issues.

Doctors and nurses are quick, efficient, and friendly. Pharmacy has had small lines each time I visited, and med refills are handled quickly! Only drawback seems to be parking, but you can get your steps in, so that can be looked at as a plus, haha.

Everything is neat and clean. My doctor was on time and very helpful. I was sent to the lab for tests, and all the employees were kind and polite. The whole building is clean and feels new, with plenty of parking.
