I always felt very comfortable at this clinic until the other day my son had an appointment no one was at front desk everyone was in back I could hear laughing we waited no one came to front office I said hello three times to let them know we were there the receptionist came to front she seemed bothered we interrupted her good time no hello just do you have an appointment they called my son back then her and another staff member started talking in Spanish another patient walked in and said hello they continued talking did not acknowledge her so rude. I asked her name she said Chritina, I let her know how unprofessional she is and rude what happened to good customer service she made us feel like a burden going in there for an appointment please have a talk with her and attitude problem.

The worst clinic ever they just don’t care about your situation at all starting from doctors that they don’t sign papers that you need for work, insurances or disability, Lack of empathy! 3 weeks and she still not send them!
Very disappointed of this facility!
In top of that they charge my insurances $995 for a zoom appointment!

If I could rate a zero I would. The office called us that we need to schedule a visit to discuss a serious matter regarding my mom’s test results. Then after the fear of not knowing what’s going on with her they want us to wait until the following Thursday. Imagine the not knowing so then they call us to come in on Tuesday because we didn’t want to wait until Thursday would you if they told you bring the family we cannot discuss over phone? So we get there they say that we are double booked because we wouldn’t wait. Fast forward waiting room empty it’s now 11am they still haven’t called us in smh. Brenda the receptionist is rude insensitive and inconsiderate. Does not belong in this type of job. My mom is 91 and asking why have they not called us. Numerous times I asked why Brenda same answer is because you couldn’t wait until Thursday. This is the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!!

I have severe asthma . I had to go before my appointment. They told me to keep the appointment in case I didn’t get better. I get there and the rude receptionist yelled if I had an appointment. I said yes ! I didn’t know they had canceled it . No one told me !! I wasn’t seen even though my asthma hasn’t improved !! Totally rude !!!! Thank you Omar ! I had a better visit today .

I have read all these review and all seem a year plus ago.
I was expecting a lot of people and long time waiting.
It was the total opposite!
I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Dr. Peter Sterbutzel. He was very kind and caring. To be honest, this my first time writing a review about a doctor. Ones I had before were okay but I felt comfortable with him. I have never felt comfortable before while a pap done. It made it simple and explained what he was doing. He showed that he cared which is rare with most doctors because they deal with many patients in a day.
Well thank you for making something that is usually dreadful into something simple. You are for sure my Gynecologist doctor and will recommend to my family and friends.

The receptionist Detra is probably the worst customer service person ever, she is always in a bad mood, cranky, never happy, never smiles, always tries to cancel our appointment even though we’re there 2-3 minutes before our cutoff time . . . She should’ve been let go a long time ago

Having some female problems went to see Dr. Lyseight. We scheduled surgery. 2 days prior she called and Cancelled the surgery. I was ok with the reasons. Dr. Lyseight then called me a few days later and said "I have submitted the request to your insurance for another surgery date. It will be the end of November or early December. I said ok. She stated to me check.woth me in a few weeks. So I called from Friday to Monday leaving several messages to check the status and got no response back at all. Then I undated on Tuesday and spoke to her assistant only to find out she LIED TO ME. . She never submitted nothing to my insurance and now I was being told not till the middle of January. I'm so done. All this Dr. And the facility is a Joke. Keep lying to people and think it's funny when they have actual problems.
