The staff were so not friendly! I don’t know what type of atmosphere I walked into. The lady that got me from the waiting room did not greet me or anything. She was very dry even when placing me in a room. Then she sent me off to blood work the ladies in there didn’t say a word to me after about 2-3 minutes of them chattering amongst one another.. one young lady come over and immediately start taking my blood without any comfort, conversation or anything. She was still talking back and forth to her friend the whole time and didn’t not say one thing to me. When she was done I had to figure my way out to the exit because there was no help. There was no have a good day or anything. The only person that was professional was Dr.Willis! It really disgusted me how everyone else attitude was so nasty. My appointment was maybe 9:00am and I expected better.

LOVE Dr Will & her PA Kelly. Only, I got calls about Colonoscopy & Mammogram appointments which I declined on both. At 76 I no longer medically need them. But that is the only problem. (And the RN is FABULOUS.).

I can’t say much because this was my first time here. I see they are always booked up for doctors so you may only can get an appointment that will be extended out or you will have to see the Nurse Practitioner. I seen the Nurse practitioner Kelly and she was the best. Her nurse that seen me was so nice, listening and very understanding. Nurse practitioner Kelly and her Nurse made me feel welcomed and listened to. The lab workers were also all nice, friendly and helpful. The only problem that I would say are the ladies that worked the front desk. One of them had an attitude and acted as if she hated her job or did not want to be there. That’s definitely not a way to be or impress working the front. The front desk is the first impression of the business. Overall I loved Nurse Kelly and her nurse that was compassionate and went above and beyond.

This practice continues to have so many issues with scheduling appts for sick visits. They need to hire more doctors to see sick patients or they need to train their front office staff to do a better job of scheduling appts for established/sick patients.
It's been this way for more than three years. I left and found another doctor because I could not deal with the unfriendly/inept office staff but my husband likes his doctor and doesn't want to leave since he has a complicated medical history.

I have never felt so unheard and dismissed from a physician. My ref doc Dr Willis was not in office so I saw nurse practitioner. She was not nice dismissive and didn’t listen to anything I said. I left there in tears literally. Kinda makes me want to find a different place if I have to ever see that rude woman again

This last visit was fine. The areas in need of improvement in general are notifying patients when a Doctor leaves , ensuring any future prescription refills are completed and updating the phone answering system after doctor leaves.

Very short wait time to be called in from waiting room. Dr was pretty much on scheduled appt time. Staff friendly. Office very clean.

Dr. Wood was very professional, caring and thorough in my appointment and didn’t make me wait for an extended period. I appreciate a physician that respects the patients time.
