DO NOT GO HERE! They do not know how to do drug tests! The workers are “certified” well they need to be RECERTIFIED. People can’t even get a job cause these people don’t know how to do their own job.

Glenda was very personable and helped me from the moment I walked in. Nurse practitioner Amy Merrill, provided exceptional customer service seeing me in such short notice. She was very thorough and took her time. She was also very conscientious of my time and knew I needed to get back to work so she went ahead and gave me my shot. I would highly recommend East Alabama Health!

Tried them as soon as they were accepting patients. Billing problems from the start. Referrals that were never sent. They are closed half the time then the Nurse practitioner that covers the office has been out equally as much with emergency, sickness or accident. She couldn’t handle negative feedback and tried to make me feel bad for her inability to return a phone call. Excuses. Blame. I want a real Dr that when they are out has someone covering for them. A DOCTOR that can act and care for patients in a timely manner without “guessing” what might work. This is less than a walk in clinic. Less than the Walgreens or CVS walk in. Don’t expect they will last long unless they get a DOCTOR.
