Excellent experience at Prime Care. I met with Ed to select a CPAP machine and he spent 30+ minutes reviewing the different options, explaining the nuances between each machine and then fitting me with several choices. He was very knowledgeable about the machines and helped me make the right selection. I have been extremely happy with the choice and credit Ed for investing the time to help. Prime Care also reached out to me when it was time for replacement parts. Really appreciate their service!
