I’ve been a patient of Prime Medical for 5 years and have gone through three wheelchairs with them. Is Prime Medical perfect? No. But do they genuinely try their best to take care of their patients? Absolutely. Mistakes happen, but they always strive to communicate and resolve any issues promptly.

As an incomplete SCI patient, I’ve learned to distinguish between what truly matters in DME and what doesn’t. I’d much rather have my wheelchair fixed promptly and with quality repairs than deal with empty promises. That’s why I appreciate Prime Medical. They don’t sugarcoat things, but they do ensure your needs are met.

Before Prime Medical, I was often left in the lurch. But they’ve never left me hanging. Their techs are fantastic, especially Rocky. He recently delivered my newest custom power chair and was incredibly kind, considerate, and patient. Despite the 100-degree heat, he took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the adjustments and that everything worked perfectly, answering every question I had.

Every call I make for repairs is quick and easy, and they don’t lie about timeframes. They provide logical, reasonable estimates and stick to them. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

Without Prime Medical, I’d be much worse off. Thank you, Rocky, and Mr. Davis, for always having my back and taking care of me. Mr. Davis has been my go-to guy for my power chair needs for half a decade, and I’m very grateful for it.

If anyone needs medical equipment, Prime Medical is company I'll be referring them to. Prime Medical was great from the very beginning. I can't express my gratitude enough for making the process of getting a cubby bed for my son who is autistic very easy. I would like to say thank again to Rocky and Carlos for working with me the day of the delivery and taking their time explaining everything I needed to know about the bed. Prime Medical staff, affiliates, and all employees helped me acquire the perfect power wheelchair. Picking my favorite color to sit in was just one amazing feature. My chair came with tilt, lift, recline and a clear swing away lap tray. Mr Davis is an extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional man, and I grateful to him for making my chair so comfortable.

Carlos, the delivery guy was also instrumental in this process. Carlos helped get my wheelchair in my home without having received my own ramp.

MJ, Selena and staff are beautiful people that worked with my insurance to complete my power wheelchair. Great communication with Prime Medical in Corona California. This company certainly knows what they are doing. I’ve been a customer for the past five years.

Recommend this company PRIME MEDICAL very highly for all your durable equipment needs plus more. The customer service is always amazing always helpful very insightful informative the guys come out are always respectful and very knowledgeable easy to work with they get all your needs met. Shout out to Carlos for a very smooth delivery of my daughter new wheels he was amazing very professional and friendly very informative and encouraging engaging answers all your questions. Thanks again & thanks kyle took measurements and has great attitude was very helpful ordering the perfect chair.

This company absolutely does not have the patient as their concern. I would rate them negative stars if possible. After working for a year to get our adult disabled son a powered wheelchair, his insurance assigned the job to this company, Prime Medical Supply in Corona, CA. From the first contact with NJ, the owner, she was slightly confrontational. Just to take the basic information she was rude and unprofessional. The next person that contacted us was an older guy. He was beyond rude, impatient and made off handed anti LGBTQ and racist jokes. I was offended immediately, but for the sake of time and keeping in mind our goal, the patient (our son) front and center, I continued the process and scheduled a measurement appointment with them. Rescheduling chemo therapy appointments and work to get this finally moving forward for our son. The day of the appointment, the older guy called me very frustrated that he could not find our house. As I was trying to give him directions, the entire time he was huffing and puffing, even groaning. He starts yelling at me that I was giving him too many directions. I assured him we get weekly deliveries at our home from UPS, FEDEX and visits from home health. That he was actually very near our house. I asked if he needed to write the directions down, to which he continued yelling at me. Saying they were a medical supply company not a direction store. My husband offered to drive to meet him. He was about 6 minuets from our house. The guy refused to come to measure our son saying he would get lost. So, because this guy is too immature and frustrated to listen to reason and follow any directions, our son must wait another who knows how long to get help. Ridiculous!! Please take your business elsewhere to get a company that will actually care for your patient and not support such unprofessional behavior and hateful ideology.

Great experience. My power scooter arrived much sooner than I anticipated. I missed the call to set up a delivery time, but fortunately, it was loaded onto the truck on a day they were in my area, just in case. I returned the call and had my scooter that afternoon. Rocky made sure everything was working as it should be and took the time to go over all the features with me. I felt self-conscious about needing a mobility aid at my age, but he was a total professional and I felt those worries dissipate as we spoke. He even took the time to measure for ramps. The lady I spoke with on the phone prior to delivery day (I get brain fog and can't remember her name at the moment) was also very friendly and professional. It was an A+ experience all around 🙂
