I am very disappointed Priority Care Medical Group-El Monti place. I have an appointment for Covid Vaccination 04/29/2021 by 3:57 PM which is I confirmed 3 weeks ago but I received a called from Clinic representative 04/27/ 2021 by 3:55 PM told me that they don't have no longer that our 3:57 PM for Vaccination I have to re-register again get the Vaccination from 9 AM to 12:00 PM. When I tried to registered but unfortunately showed that they don't have Moderna Vaccine Morning time but I got confirmed Moderna one 3 weeks ago. I took day off from work for Vaccination also I have been told representative please help me register my name for Morning hours but representative told me I have to make an appointment they can't do this to so finally I canceled my appointment now I am trying to get others place get the Vaccination.

What a great medical center my 11:30am appointment was right on schedule, super friendly staff and my first Pfizer shot was a simple process. Well organized. Angie was very professional and zero pain with my shot.

Called to find out our results for covid. Had us waiting 30 minutes then hanged up on us. Called back finally they answered. Put us on hold yet again now it's been 10 minutes. Haven't asked for our info. Others have gotten the results in as little as 2 days. It's been a week for us because it was the free test and we didn't have to pay. Still waiting

El Dr. Me pidió exámenes hice mi cita, llego y me piden un pago por exámenes y aparte es obligatorio pagar consulta, luego para que entreguen los resultados, hay que pagar de nuevo consulta o no los entregan. Muy mal, el lugar ofrece servicios y ayuda, pero cuando ya estas allí no es así, definitivamente no lo recomiendo, en la consulta parece más como cuando te revisa un practicante de turno en su primer dia, creo que mi vecina me haría mejor consulta que en esta clínica. Las secretarias son muy amables, la señora encargada de recepción no es amable, muy pesada al hablar. 👎
