Honestly I go here, I agree with everyone else Dr.Gilmore has no care for this world or the people in need of her "expertise", she definitely lacks empathy and care and it sucks; the more I seem to learn to better understand myself and what I suffer with, it's almost like the ones that are supposed to help or have an education to help people like me seem not wanting to. Yes, medication can help, but drugs don't cure people with mental health issues. If anything, it can make it worse, especially if that's all you're getting from the people who can help you.
Gilmore's face on video just says, "Why are you talking, and can you just hurry up and get this over with? I have others to deal with it.".

Had a virtual appointment with Dr Gilmore on 6/6/24. Dr Gilmore never got on the visit and no one called to tell me there was a delay. 40 min later someone called to tell me to get on but at that point I was going back to work from my lunch break. Rescheduled for 6/20/24 and was called on 6/18 saying she won’t be able to speak with me, I can come into the building at another appointment time. I am not a Priority for Priority Health Care. Do not schedule with Dr Gilmore.

Getting scheduled was a nightmare for starters. Beyond that though, Dr. Gilmore is uninterested and lacks compassion and empathy. I should not need to sell myself for a diagnosis that has been wreaking havoc on my life for the past 15 years. Will not be returning.

I was referred here for therapy and psychiatry 3 months ago. I STILL haven’t been able to schedule an appointment with dr gilmore after several attempts. But at this point, I’m done. And after reading these other reviews, I don’t think I’m missing out on anything good. PHC is so unprofessional and I’m so disappointed.

I agree with the other review about their psychiatrist, Dr. Gilmore ,very un interested in their clients the feeling I had when being seen. , well this is the only psychiatrist that I can clearly tell they don't give a dam about me Except for the 2 very nice receptionist that were friendly and return your call etc...So lost my job temporarily , like 1.5 million other Americans so i did not have a choice at the moment strapped for cash ATM. I thought we would talk about the right course of action, with my meds and come by for a check up every month or would at least she would continue the meds I was on and I was referred by one of her clients.
Well I guess with Medicaid its another story they have the different kind of medication for ppl on Medicaid. If you have comfortable Insurance or if you come out of your pocket then you will get better treatment elsewhere , not so easy in a pandemic though. Nobody wants to see any new patients right now even if they could . . I was diagnosed anxiety and ADD when I was a teenager Iv been on medication for years, after my psychiatrist abruptly retired without any notice and I was never able to get all of my records , so here I am in the middle of this horrible tragic Covid-19 Pandemic . Well finding a affordable psychiatrist has proven rather difficult....so I figured what the heck they will still treat me because all hearthcare in America is equal, well that's simply not the truth . QShe refused to write me any previous medication without me come to there office and submit a drug test
That's fine I can come into and submit a clean urine sample now or whenever ..well she said I would receive a call in a day or 2 to come take it ..... Well it's been over a month now and after I got the feeling of hey go somewhere else with that medication your on...not welcome, So thanksfull I was able opposite to get my job back and I'll gladly come out of my pocket if need be , in the future if that's the kind of treatment a I understand the l I been on them for years. . I felt like she didn't believe a single word I said . The doctor just won't accept or idk believe what in telling her . IDK the virtual doctor patient thing not the same at all. As a trained psychiatrist you should be able to see the anxiety in a person, I can feel others emotions I can tell first time meeting someone if that person has a high anxiety level. I have had 2 different doctor tell me they can see that. I never had to convince a doctor that I have an anxiety or A D.D I have the diagnosis on paper , Just be honest and say you don't feel comfortable prescribing the medication and I would be happy to try a different course of treatment . When I go out my way for a medical reason it's seriously affecting my every day life.
I'll gladly give you my pharmacist phone number and he can confirm I been on the medicine my entire teenage / adult life. Bottom your definitely not a Priority at Priority health care of Gretna. They will see you and show you the door refusing you the best they have to offer.

After trying to reschedule an appointment several times, the assistant Erica FAILED to mention my appointment was virtual. I waited 20 minutes before being checked in , just to be told that the appointment was virtual. They secretary Jessica then calls Erica and she stated that she called to confirm my appointment but I “did not answer” but she never called. Same as the prior appointment that was “canceled” on their end and was never communicated with me. The lack of professionalism is at an all time high and I would not recommend them to treat ANYONE. Dr.Gilmore’s assistant has the worst attitude and should not be working in that field because she lacks common courtesy!!

This place needs to be shut down down incompetent doctors they tell your personal information to others which they is not supposed they get in the room an start yelling out loud the things about you that your there for where patients in the room next door can hear you it is embarrassment to be going there
