The space is beautiful and extremely clean! The facial was excellent and so relaxing! I don’t know who had a personal vendetta against this establishment but this reviews about this being a scam are not true at all. I was gifted a facial from a friend, booked an appointment that same day and had no issues upon arrival. The facial was amazing and she even recommended a better suited ingredient for my skin than the one I ordered originally. I will most definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing & relaxing experience! My skin looks and feels amazing 💕

SCAM!! I bought a package for a series of facials- which was not cheap. For the YEAR following I kept trying to schedule the facial, which I pre-paid for, and every time she would cancel on me for various reasons. The last time she canceled on me, I had only known because I had contacted her to confirm the appointment because she had canceled so many times prior. She rescheduled for a few days later which was a Saturday morning. I wondered had I not reached out to confirm, was she going to ditch me like so many other reviewers had experienced. Either way I was hopeful the Saturday appointment would go as planned. THINK AGAIN. I show on Saturday morning and the place is locked and lights were out. When I texted, she said I wasn't on the schedule. Um really, you just rescheduled me 2-3 days prior. She responded, from her cell phone number, impersonating the "manager". We exchanged texts back and forth and I asked for refund since she clearly was not going to honor the services I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR! She said it was against policy and I asked, what policy? I had never signed anything when she gladly scanned my credit card for several hundred dollars. She then sent me a pic of a blank form that was NOT FILLED OUT or signed by me. She kept going back and forth with me in a very unprofessional way and then got the "owner" to contact me - from the same cell phone number, mind you! - which was really just her boyfriend impersonating the owner (the owner is Cynthia). I then realized I was dealing with crazy people and scam artists and realized that they need the couple hundred bucks more than I do. I'll leave the rest to karma.

I had a Groupon for a facial. Was sold two more after and I asked about eyelash extensions. Came in for the second facial and got the $130 special for the extensions. My eyes had a bad reaction to them and they HURT. I called two days later and was told I would have to wait a 6 days until they ordered remover to get them off. I wanted to cry, I asked if there was an at home method to remove as these were causing me irritation and pain. I was told to try soaking in mineral oil and they would come off. They didn’t. It took two hours to get them off and I lost half my eyelashes doing so. I called to explain what happened and I got no response. So I called the phone number direct instead of texting with the esthetician. Apparently I shouldn’t have called the salon. I kinda got a subtle lashing for not waiting for her call back. It became an argument. She insisted she did nothing wrong. I insisted that if there were an emergency she should have been able to help me. I asked for compensation. She said she couldn’t give me my $139 back but would compensate 50 dollars of services next time I came in. Well that was yesterday and she wouldn’t give extra services promised. I got a mask that the owner had already promised when they canceled an appointment last minute. I gently tried to remind her about the promise and MAN! This place is a scam, she was NOT having it. No credit for me for the pain I suffered and the lost eyelashes and money. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and was hoping to leave not feeling screwed. But I definitely left feeling screwed. Even got another scolding for having called “the owner” (which I am sure is her boyfriend) PLEASE! Go somewhere else!!!

Cynthia is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable right when I walked in and was so informative about my skin and the myths about skin care and different skin types etc. She offered me better products and even natural at home remedies. The professionalism was great and I know I’ll be coming back soon for my next facial. Clean space, easy quick and on time with everything. Highly recommend !

This place is an absolute scam, the people commenting positively are clearly people that Cynthia knows personally. I got a Groupon first, the facial was good, no problems there. She got my money for 2 future facials, the first appt she didn’t show up or cancel, never apologized for not showing up. The second appt, she faked a family death in the same way that she did in other reviews about this being a scam and cancelled last minute. When I called her out on lying, she said I’d receive a refund by the end of the week and stopped answering but never sent the refund. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

I bought a Groupon and it was the BEST facial experience I have ever had! The place was clean, the staff was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I loved it so much that I bought a microdermabrasion session right after my facial. Cynthia was knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I would recommend her 100x over. My skin felt so soft and SUPPLY and stayed moisturized all day. Please see Cynthia for your next facial and tell her Wendy with the afro sent you ^_~

PLEASE DO NOT go by the bad comments, it hurts this small business. I bought a Groupon without looking at the Googles reviews. However, I ended up searching this place, I almost thought it was the worse idea I have ever made “thinking I was going to be scammed or receiving bad service” like some previous people have said. Reading these comments gave me a different expectation for this spa, However after coming here, I was impressed and happy with my service.

I ended up doing my appointment without any problem and when I got there, I had not wait time, my appointment time was as expected. The place is very accommodating. The spa itself was very clean and relaxing. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. I had a great service from Cynthia who is very friendly, professional and seemed quite experienced. I was so HAPPY with my Experience that not only I still had a Groupon with two more sections, but I ended buying a cleanse facial package for a great price. My last service was done about two weeks ago and I kept reminding myself to write this review because I had such an amazing experience!!

I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Cynthia would accommodate with Groupon prices, so if you are interesting with something from Groupon, called her first before buying it.
