Ordered an item on monday with an expedited 3 day shipping paid extra. Order did not ship out for four days and then shipment arrived five days later. Initial customer service response was horse hooey, second response was better but the bar wasn't set very high. I would NOT recommend ordering anything from here if you need it in a timely fashion.

We ordered two items from this company, both of which indicated online would ship for free. After one week, I received an e-mail from their customer service asking to fill out a shipping form required from the vendor. Upon filling it out, I was notified additional freight shipping charges would be nearly $300 for one of our items. After speaking with customer service they explained that because it was a large item it was shipping directly from the vendor via freight and it would not ship for free. We ended up cancelling the item and ordering from a different vendor for a lower price including shipping. Had the website been accurate regarding the shipping costs, the experience would have been more positive.

Very unprofessional business. I ordered through the internet an iWALK, used. Payment and delivery was fine. My son put it together and I tried it out. Not for me - strapping it on was cumbersome and poor balance. I tried calling and calling, emailing them several times. After many months I finally spoke to someone. I was lied to. I was told that they emailed my return “authorization”. How do I know they lied. Because I finally did get an email in which I was informed of a 15% restocking fee. Amazing!! No where on the invoice or on their website is that claim made! Don’t trust this company at all.
