I am a repeat customer and had purchased a "new" machine in January. I had ongoing issues and errors with the POWER SUPPLY and probes. This went on for months, they kept having me block off times for them to come in to fix it, and then say they couldn't because they didn't have the part. I lost a lot of money waiting for it to get fixed and I was not happy whatsoever.

Glenn, whom I purchased the machine from, finally reached out and asked why I didn't reach out to him about the issue. I didn't because it was a service issue and I didn't want to bother sales with it. He kept in touch about the issues and made sure that they got resolved more quickly. That absolutely meant the world. It took a lot of money lost, headache, and tears, but he made sure that I was satisfied in the end and that my business can continue as normal. Because of him, I will continue to use Probo for our equipment needs.

Very pleased with Probo Medical. The repaired an ultrasound probe for me for a fraction of the cost to replace with new. They even had a loaner available while mine was getting repaired. I will definitely use them again.

Sent GE LOGIQ for repair- they fixed one thing but not the hard drive so I had to return it for repairs. Asked for quotes on 3 occasions for probe repairs and power supplies on other ultrasounds with no response- Poor service on ultrasound and horrible customer service on other opportunities to provide them with business

Biomed here, We had sent in a trophon for repair. Ultimately we decided not to go ahead with the repair, then they charged us $500 for an evaluation fee. Don’t use this company.
