Only rated a 1 star because there wasn’t a zero or negative option. Highly recommend NOT to use. Horrible customer service and no professionalism. We live an hour away and drove in just for this medical appointment after having to wait a month for the appointment. Arrived 30 mins early to not be greeted by the rude woman at the front desk. Other people came in for Prodigy and she said out loud, “why are all of these people coming in for Prodigy!” Finally acknowledged, we checked in. Eventually 15 mins after our appointment time, a man walks out to announce, in the middle of the lobby, that we had to reschedule. After repeatedly telling him our appointment was at 3pm, not 2pm, he huffed and took us in the office to reschedule us. He said, “what do you expect me to do, we have other patients”. Found out after the fact the man’s name is Jim. Pathetic. We called our doctor and found another provider to get a CPAP. Horrible experience.
