Best primary care team ! A human being answering the phone instead of 30 min trying to navigate some of the greetings They can treat all ages have an Xray dept there own lab ultra sound everything you need in one spot !

Doctor McQueen and is wife are so far the most amazing Doctors I have had. I have always been worry about Doctors but so far they actually seem to care. My husband and I see them and they have been the best. My uncle seen Doctor Jordan and she seemed awesome as well. My grandmother seen another doctor her name is Sherrer. And I will not recommend her ever.

No where are there instructions to arrive 30 minutes prior to an appointment in reminder texts or when completing new patient paperwork. Thirty minutes is an incredibly long time and unnecessary for checking in, especially when paperwork has been completed online.
There isn't proper signage indicating which floor to go to for certain doctors.
The doctor I was seeing apparently had an engagement after my appointment and the staff made it very clear my appointment needed to be done fast. You cannot give proper patient care to a new patient in 10 minutes. My concerns were met with condescension and dismissed.

The only person that treated me with any dignity and kindness was the x-ray tech who was amazing. I will be seeking a new PCM

I went there for pain and come out with being put on meloxicam. This took a while to work fully(month). So I asked for a drug that didn't consist of arthritis in the description. Something that can help while I work. They then tell me I need to come back in. They should have taken x-rays from the beginning but they didn't. I was charged 275 for the visit but told me it would be 150. I think that for all that money they could have had more communication. Also to top it off they never called with lab results. The doctor spent more time trying to treat my sinus issue than for the issue I came in for. Dr Sheerer is not the one to choose in going there. Also when getting medicne they didn't even send it out until the next day. This place did not do its job. Just close it down.

Dr. Gammill is superb. He talks to you and listens to what you have to say. He cares about your health. He has great nurses and Physician Assistants. I know I am getting the best possible care !!
