I have been working with PMF for about a year now, and am pleased with the whole process. I spoke with Stephanie about samples, and received them promptly 3 days later. I also ordered supplies through her via telephone, and each time was a pleasant experience. I have also used the online option which was convenient, quick, and easy. PMF provides some of the BEST Customer Service of any business I know of. I rank them very high for customer service, follow-up with customers & their needs, and their offer of "samples" so that customers can try a product to ensure it works for them before purchasing in bulk, etc. Very nice staff, courteous, prayerful, always remembering their customers' birthdays,...the list goes on and on. It's no wonder that GOD Blesses this company & its staff. They truly LIVE the Golden Rule.

So glad I found this company many years ago. Previous to finding Professional Medical I was using Walmart ri hey my daughter's depend and wipes... what a ordeal. Never had enough in stock, wipes were inferior quality. And the price was too expensive. And paying for them was another whole issue.
Professional Medical accepts my daughter's medicaid waiver (through Acumen) for payment. They send the products the same day and wait for payment. Quality is excellent and they are awesome to deal with! I will NEVER change vendors!
