This is my second time I've used the Professional Physical Therapy services in Holden and they truly are professional. Jakob really understood my condition and put together a program that gradually improved my range of motion and focusing on limits and pain tolerance so I wouldn't hurt myself. Each week we could see the improvement from the program he put together and the work we put into it. And as others have mentioned in their reviews the staff members are all friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my physical therapy. They are the best!

Everyone in the Holden office is friendly and professional. I worked with the same physical therapist for many months with my frozen shoulder. Jakub was amazing. He is so friendly, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Thank you again for everything.

I twisted my ankle during the last snowstorm pretty badly and after recovering a bit I ended up twisting it again and again until it got to the point that I was on all fours on a sidewalk in Holden and a kind middle school teacher had to offer me a ride home on my way to my second day of work no less!!
Needless to say I knew I needed more help than just an icepack and rest. I'm a dog walker I can't let this keep me down, so I called Professional PT in Holden. They were amazing from the get-go. Showed me micro-exercises and even gave me my own workout band. I've been there maybe 3 times now and I can feel my strength slowly increasing in my ankle and I feel more ready to head back to the gym. Jacob, my PT therapist, knows what he is doing and leads you through the process one step at a time, building your strengths and leveling up your weaknesses. I'm excited to go here for my sessions just to feel the strength I get afterwards. I appreciate you Professional PT for all you have done. Thank you.

This was my fifth time going to Professional Physical Therapy in Holden, MA. Carolyn O’Leary is an incredible physical therapist with a professional attitude and a knowledge base like no other. Carolyn has a personable and encouraging attitude. She is able to take that knowledge base and explain the exercises she provides in a way you can understand and is open to questions. The Professional PT staff, right down to the front desk, makes you feel like you’re part of their family instead of just a patient. They also provide a comfort level that aides in the healing process. My daughter has been to Professional PT on several occasions for her injuries sustained playing soccer. I would highly recommend Professional PT of Holden. Thanks you Carolyn and your staff for all you have done for me, for us.
