After some initial scheduling issues which I completely understand because of our crazy housing market the guys from Professional Tree Care showed up and took care of my problem very quickly. They took down a tree in my backyard that was all mixed up in the power and communication lines and managed to drop it all on my side of the fence very expertly they even chipped the tree and let the wood chips behind for landscaping. Fantastic service will absolutely use again.

Got a consult for needed advice on what was wrong with my apricot trees. The kid who came by took a slight glance and immediately just handed me a flyer and said the issue is caused from the trees being topped. I told him that they were never topped and he insisted they must have been, sometime prior to my purchase of the property 5 years ago (my neighbor said no way they were ever topped). "Professional Tree Care" guy told me to apply Epsom salt around the base of the trees, twice per week before watering. He said that magnesium in the salt does wonders for trees in this condition, and I will probably see it improve quickly. Today, just 3 weeks-ish later, one of my beautiful 30ft apricot trees is being cut down because it is dead. It was producing fruit LAST SUMMER and is DEAD today!!! According to another "expert", it is lack of proper watering that got it in its first state (irrigation system is being fixed and adjusted this week), but it's the salt that sealed its fate. You have no idea how angry this makes me, and how much I hope everyone sees this review. An arborist is supposed to be a specialist, and because I thought that is what I was dealing with, I ended up killing my own tree. No apology from them can fix this, but saving someone else's tree from their horrible advice is better than nothing.

Contrary to their reply to this review, irrigation was NOT addressed in any manner other than saying he had no idea who to recommend for someone that could help me get it fixed; the only mention about watering was his advice to "do it a couple times per week after applying salt"; the trees were the same size and height, not one smaller than the other at all; and the only time they did not receive proper irrigation was over the course of this past season - the rest of the "years" that are mentioned it was fine. So as far as I'm concerned, this is just par for the Kingman course, and I don't know who is right or wrong other than my tree and I were both failed. I really feel like I did what I could, but suppose I should go ahead and take all the blame anyway. After all, it is clearly my fault for not having the time to just research, study, and do it all by my damn self anyway. Best of luck.

Our AZ Ash seemed to be dying. Dylan inspected it and said he thought he
could save it. He came with his crew and thinned it out and cut all the
dead and incorrectly cut branches. It now has an attractive shape. He is very knowledgeable and instructed us how to water it correctly. We are hopeful we will have a beautiful tree this spring!

Professional Tree provided EXCELLENT service trimming our Palm tree (which was 30 years over due for a trim!)....We bought house a year ago and found this company to help with tree....glad we did...on time, kept their word about service they would provide, reasonable price, just excellent service in every way....highly recommend!
