I guess scrolling is more important than your patients and the doctor refilled the wrong medication. I called them 7 times and got sent to voicemail and on the 8th call. I had got through to someone. I let them know about the mistake. Just for them to say that the doctor said that both medications are the same and they are totally not. I am NEVER coming back to this location and I am reporting them to CA.GOV (BREEZE) to file a report against their practice with The Medical Board of California. If this was my daughter visiting. We would be seeing this location in court. Their rooms are also filthy and not clean at all.

Listen to the 1 star reviews!!
When I got inside, there was only 3 other people. I waited for 1+ hours in the waiting room. Finally got called and I was explaining to the lady what was going on with my son for her to cut me off mid sentence and say “but what are the symptoms” very unprofessional and they’re very slow!! From the time I arrived to the time I left were 2+ hours and they weren’t even busy. I would give 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
The doctor herself was pretty nice though.

Son had eye damage. Waited over an hour just to be told they won't be able to see him for an eye damage and should go to the ER instead. Couldn't have told me that after walking into the facility? Place has always been a joke and have gone there many years. Always have run into some type of issues there hoping they'd turn things around, it never have. Will never come back. Place is a clown show and the front staff is even worse.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes then they called me in and I waited for the dr for like less then 10 minutes. Better than going to ER . Thank you Progressive 🙏 awesome staff 😉

Waste of my time and money. I was prescribed the wrong medication. Not friendly. I recommend Sutter Gould. The doctor was so nice and caring.

I was just reading some of these comments well at least one of them that I do not agree with at all I have been to a lot of hospitals and urgent cares I've been going to this one for quite some time but I hadn't been there in a while up until last night my son and I got sick and I could honestly say that my experience there which it matters especially when you're sick my experience was excellent with them they goddess in the back right away they were very thorough they gave us rapid covid testing and a few other tests and got us on our way with the prescriptions that we needed I would recommend this urgent care to anyone the two girls that were in the front were excellent they should be noticed for how kind and sweet they are the doctor was awesome also just had to get this review out there

Came in at 5!and was told that the waiting period was going to be for an 1hr and a half because the dr was at lunch ,this is ridiculous ,there should be more than one dr specially during the holiday !!!!!

Would rate zero stars if I could. Says online and on their door they close at 9pm. I got there at 8:20 and they said they are already helping their last patients and that I should go to the hospital instead. As I was walking out, the females sitting at the desk along with the Indian female doctor began laughing at me. Super unprofessional. They aren't here to actually help people, only to collect a paycheck.
