We went in to Urgent Care around 5pm. There were very few others waiting and we were able to get in to see the nurse practitioner, Franci, quickly. She was very kind to my daughter and answered my questions clearly and willingly.

Went in cause I seemingly had a Stye. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Heather was great at explaining the situation with my eye and how to apply the ointment. I also really like that she gave me the option she would have chosen over just whatever. Felt more personal and it was nice to get the option the actual Doctor would choose I was there right after open, so wait time was very short.

Check in took 40+ minutes for me and my kids who all have the same symptoms. We saw 3 rows of people be helped at each counter before we were done answering the lady’s irrelevant questions. Old addresses 6-7+ years back, my mothers information which had nothing to do with our visit. And since when do you have a reservation for urgent care? It really felt like she purposely took longer to get us in then she needed to. But the clinical part… took less time than check in did. We got our answers swiftly and Kimberly was more than willing to go back and address my every concern. She really went above and beyond, so did our first nurse or nursing assistant.

I cannot think them enough, from the courtesy of the ladies right up front, hope you feel better. The RN and physician assistant, we're both friendly and caring. I was seeing right away, and a prescription was sent over to Walgreens. I can't thank them enough, I'm already starting to feel better, thank you.
