Worst PT experience. Doctors were fine but the assistants were incredibly unprofessional. They start you with the doctor for the first 10 minutes or so and then someone else tells you what exercises to do the rest of the time. (College students I gathered) All they ever did was talk about how much they partied that weekend and almost never paid any attention to how I was able or unable to perform. I came here for several appointments and stopped scheduled by because of it. No confidence in their ability to accurately assess or make annotations on my record. Also spent one appointment next to a young lady who openly told the staff RIGHT NEXT TO ME that she was in direct contact with someone with COVID in her household but she tested negative this morning and came anyway. I had a baby at home under 1 and so this morning really pissed me off. Lastly, the receptionist has an attitude problem. Usually rude.

Based on previous reviews, I had high hopes for ProResults, but my experience fell short. The facility itself seems fine, but after a positive initial consult, the quality of care during my second appointment ensured I will never return.

Before starting PT, I was already doing a daily home exercise program. During my first appointment, my therapist and I discussed this, and I explained I was looking for assistance with my recovery in ways I CAN'T do at home. My therapist mentioned they would try cupping, K-tape, etc., starting at my next appointment.

I arrived on time for my second appointment and was left sitting in the waiting room for 10 minutes past my appointed time. A different therapist called me over to a table and began barking exercise orders at me – the same exercises from my home program. She didn’t make eye contact with me once. I finished the first exercise, and she mumbled something about doing another as she walked away to assist a new client. I was left sitting on the table, alone. She never returned. After several minutes of waiting there like a fool, a second therapist, who was assisting their own client, noticed I was being ignored and picked up the slack. She tried to multitask with two clients but eventually returned to her original client, telling me to go stretch in a corner and then leave. As soon as I began my stretches, a third therapist and their client moved in on my space and stood over me until I gave up and walked out. No one watched my exercises, gave me direction, feedback, or advice, or ensured I was doing anything correctly. I’ve never felt more like a nuisance or that my recovery was an inconvenience to them.

I took time out of my busy work schedule and paid for the privilege of doing the exact same exercises I already do at home, with the added insult of no guidance or support.

I should be concerned about canceling future appointments, but I walked out of the office, and no one even bothered to ask me to schedule my next appointment.

I’ve been going to Proresults for about four months now, healing from a car accident injuries. I’ve been working with a couple of Therapist, and they are phenomenal. Specially Dr. Karly, she’s very professional and attentive. As soon as I come in she will ask how I’m feeling, if anything is bothering me, and work instantly with what I can tolerate. She makes me laugh, and a very positive person to work with.

I’ve noticed for a couple of weeks now that my neck is feeling a little better from doing all the treatment and exercise they provided me with. I know it’s a little bet of a long process to get back to where I was, but it is getting there, I’m on the right track to feel like myself again, or even better than before with my PT’s hand.

This place have an amazing team, they work will with each other, and I love how some of them are Dodgers fan too, and that’s a plus for me. I’m very thankful and grateful for Proresults Theraphy staff. Thank you 🙏🏽

Terrible. In 2 months time I have only been able to get one appointment with this facility. They will not answer the phone and messages are not returned. The appointment I did have went well and the therapist was fine, too bad the support is awful. Seems they have previous positive reviews, but recent one are not so good.

I am extremely disappointed with ProResults Physical Therapy Oceanside. I booked an appointment over a month in advance, specifically requesting an afternoon slot. After waiting in pain for over a month, I showed up for my appointment only to be told that it had been canceled without any notice. No one bothered to call or leave a voicemail, so I had no idea it was canceled until I arrived. I could have rerouted the referral and seen another therapist by now if they had communicated properly.

To make matters worse, the staff informed me that the therapist only works on Mondays and Wednesdays - yet they had scheduled me for a Tuesday! When I asked for the soonest afternoon appointment (as I had originally requested), they told me I’d have to wait another three months. I feel like my time and pain were completely disregarded. Very disappointed with the service

I've been going here for awhile now and wouldn't change companies for anything! With Multiple conditions I'm Suffering from they handled it with More than My expectations with Improvements everyday
With Kind, Skilled, Professional and observant Personnel you can Only get the BEST Physical Therapy with ProRsults! A small update that Needs to be Addressed. A few months ago I had a Sudden Crash on my Lower left hip and Down my left leg and it happened Literally over night. I was doing so well with the therapy that I almost felt 99% from a back surgery to relieve some Nerve Damage then one morning I woke and couldn't stand up or even tilt my head back without feeling like my left leg wanted to rip apart just below the hip and at the time KARLY was my therapist and when I limp in the office and told her what happened it was like she could read my mind and put me on the table with a pillow under my side and Carefully examined my Situation. So long story short I Literally thought I was going back to Surgery but with Karlys Knowledge and Professional outlook to my situation She Alone Put me Back together. That 2 months of Pain management and Physical therapy is the Reason I Prefer Her to be my Physical therapist. I'm NOT sure if she even knows/understands that I in Some way the Gratitude I have for her is Something I will Always Think about
Because the Pain I went through is unexplainable. I understand that this is more of a Story than a Review But I had to let people know that ProResults is no joke and I'm Honored to be a patient. Okay I'm Done.👍🙏😁

You can’t find a better place to go for physical therapy. The therapists, pt aids, and the front office staff are always professional and compassionate and each appointment I’m meet with patience and encouragement. If I have questions, they answer in an easy to understand way and take their time when teaching me new exercises. I primarily get to see Karly who not only is an incredible human, but truly an expert.

First things first best office and team. They will listen to you, and work with you, best therapists, awesome pt aids that get to assist through out your exercises, and best receptionists . First time coming to their office was from foot surgery and was the best experience and patient care, after that I had to get shoulder surgery and requested them again, best decision to get me back and moving again. Best office cant thank them enough, if this had the option it would 100/100.
