This urgent care is the worst. The doctor misdiagnosed me. I had to come to my primary doctor the next day because he missed a lot and was trying to hurry up and get me out of there. He was arguing with his nurses. So unprofessional. The lady at the window didn’t even acknowledge me until after standing there for almost 3 minutes. I will never come here again. I recommend you go to the one in Torrance.

This office and staff are incredible. Specifically Brittany A. at the front desk gave some of the best client care support I have ever seen. She not only was thorough in making sure everything was done properly in the system for insurance but personally called my insurance company and spoke to at least 8 agents to properly update my medical group. I almost gave up; however her concern about my care being provided was so deeply moving that I stayed. I've never seen anything like this but she was committed to making sure I could be seen. Her ability to quickly locate the problem and go all in to uncovering the solution was second to none yesterday. It took hours to get everything in my account straight. I have always liked this facility and know it's kept clean with fabulous doctors on staff but the care team upfront is truly outstanding. Give her a raise!!!!

I had a great experience at this urgent care today. I went in to have my ear wax cleaned, and from start to finish, the staff were professional, precise, and genuinely caring. Everyone, from the front desk to the nurses and doctor, made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking quality care.

I went in for viral infection around 5pm on a Tuesday and check in was a breeze. Only a handful of other patients there but not crowded at all. Front office staff were courteous and helpful. Now went I went in the back I seen Dr. Nguyen (male Asian I believe) he was beyond AMAZING! He brought such a sweet Spirit to the room. He examined and addressed my health issues with sincere TLC! I am grateful for this visit and experience! Hope not to get ill soon, but if I do I know I can count on this office and health staff!

Love! 💕

Visited this Urgent Care around mid-June 2024. Doctor was nice however their X-Ray machine was out of order. Hmmmm what would happen if you had a broken bone and were not able to get an X-Ray I was able to get a prescribed medication for a cough but the medication was only about 10% effective.

I had severe ear pain for a couple of weeks.
And I need to go to the doctor right away, but I needed to make an appointment. It was hard to get an appointment with my doctor.
I decided to go to the Providence Carson Urgent Care. I have been to this Urgent Care
two years ago.
They are located across from the Carson City Hall. And they are next to the Providence Primary Care building.
They have a big parking lot and there were
not many cars in the parking lot.
When I walked to the office, there were few
People were waiting in there. The front office
person was attentive & friendly. And the waiting time was only 10 minutes.
Then, I saw a doctor who was a professional and caring person. I told him that I have a hearing problem too. Then, he said that
my ear pain was not from the infection.
Anyway, he prescribed an antibiotics ear
drop and I got much better after a couple
of days.
I recommend Urgent Care because it is convenient and they are open Monday - Friday until 7 PM. Weekends are closed.
Also, they have great customer service.
When you get very sick and after your doctor's office is closed, instead of going
to the Emergency Room, you can go to
Urgent Care.

Dr Nguyen And Lisa were really sweet and amazing people. They helped get what I needed when initially came due to sore throat and coming back for my headache. I feel better now and all my thanks goes to these two people!!

This is an ableist practice - they DO NOT provide support or accommodations to folks with disabilities. I do not recommend seeking care here if you have mobility restrictions or a physical disability.

I came here back in November 2022 because a family member suddenly could not walk due to pelvic pain. I called Providence ahead of time and explained that my relative could not walk. I asked if I could go in person and add my relative to the waitlist myself, while the rest of my family supported my relative into entering the other car since she needed more time and support with transportation. The receptionist said no, the patient must be present to sign up on the wait list and pick up the paperwork... so we drove over once my relative was settled in the car.

Once we arrived in the parking lot, I called reception again if it was possible for me to have my relative on FaceTime or on the phone as I sign them up on the waitlist in person or if the receptionist can come to the car since the patient quite literally CAN NOT walk and we would like to limit their movement unless absolutely necessary to prevent further pain/injury. The receptionist said "No, the patient must be present at the front desk." Are you kidding me... you are making a person who CANNOT WALK... walk? Does this receptionist not think?

I helped ambulate my family member to the lobby and sat her down in a chair as a grabbed the paperwork from the receptionist, which took about one minute, then I sat down next to my relative to fill it all out. Mind you, my relative was in a lot of pain at this point. Suddenly, the receptionist said "You can't fill out the paperwork here, you have to complete it in your car and wait in your car due to COVID restrictions".

Now, I surely do respect COVID precautions. But I do not understand why this practice FORCED my family member with MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS to walk over to the facility to sit there for a minute and the immediately force them to walk back to our car? Like, I honestly don't understand why my relative needed to go through the pain of walking over there in the first place when I could have picked up the paperwork by myself if it took less than a minute to pick up. If I picked up the paperwork myself as my family member waited in the car, wouldn't that comply more with social distancing since there would be less people in the lobby? The receptionist caused additional pain to my family member for absolutely no reason. They couldn't even meet us at our car. So, we had to take my relative back to our car, which was again - very painful for her.

This is a terrible place to go for care. They are extremely ableist and do not support folks with mobility restrictions/disabilities. DO NOT come here if you or your loved ones require care.
