Says opens on saturday/sunday on google and on their door but IS NOT OPEN. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY. Gave me a number for "doctor on call" to page? It's the year twenty twenty four. Get a phone number. 1 star is not enough, i wish i can give negative scores.

By the way, i usually never leave reviews - it's gotta be something horrendous that makes me write something down that isn't even as harsh as they deserve. Our issue isn't life threatening but can't be treated at home, so tell me, where do YOU expect me to go?

I love this office. I’ve had great experiences with all of the doctors here. Everyone has been kind, supportive, and follows up in a timely manner. It is an urgent care so wait times can vary. Overall though, they have been wonderful to both my son and myself.

Went to this medical facility because it was listed on my providers list for in-person clinics. As soon as I walked in, the front staff were pretty rude & short with me. I typically try to give the benefit of the doubt but one lady was not welcoming or helpful at all. I hope this improves later.

Dr. Jesse has been incredibly kind and helpful regarding my health and dietary changes.

However, during my wait to see the doctor, one of the ladies at the front desk consistently did not wear a mask. Despite wearing my own mask, she insisted that I switch to the one they provided. I simply wanted to focus on my health and not engage in a debate about mask preferences, so I complied and wore their mask. Furthermore, this same lady without a mask also asked my wife to leave the waiting room because my wife stop wearing her mask when she noticed the worker at the front desk was not wearing one. I regret not obtaining her name, but I will be sure to do so during my next visit.

They made me wait an hour for a flu shot. At the end I asked the front office, how much longer should I wait? 10 more minutes she answered. Asked her to cancel my appointment after an hour. It seems doctors were tired. I heart one of them telling front office “no more patient”. Unbelievable and this is PPO.

From the initial phone call to the the smiling front desk I have always been provided with the greatest of care. The are quick yet efficient in getting me back to be seen, with or without an appointment. I have never felt rush and in fact felt Dr Joy gave me her undivided attention and truly spent the time to listen. I too have recently moved back to Santa Clarita after having been gone almost 20 yrs not having the best opinion of the health care in this valley. All I can say is this clinic has changed that for me, thank you TEAM PROVIDENCE URGENT CARE, Valencia!!

My family has been going to this office for at least 5 years and have always been impressed. They have several good doctors who are caring and want to help you. I love that the facility has almost everything you may require in an urgent care situation - blood draw and x-rays on site. Appointments are accepted, but I usually end up just waking in and rarely have to wait long. Overall, I highly recommend Providence Medical in Santa Clarita.

Called. Never was I treated so rudely from the receptionist. When I visited. The male nurse practiced corrected me. I said my pharmacy was CVS. Which is correct. He said, no. It is CVN. Then the Dr came in and I said CVN. And he said, No. It is CVS. I was right the first time. SMH.
