I am a new patient here and couldn't be happier, everyone was very kind, caring, and professional. I needed a provider that would and could keep track of my overall health, glad to say I found that here. It is also very convenient to be able to log in to the patient portal and see everything that was gone over in the appointment.

I was recently cared for by Dr. Abel and the fine staff members of this clinic. I was treated in a very professional but friendly manner. Time and attention were given to my specific health needs. Some complicated details with my pharmacy were handled promptly and all communication was first rate. I am a retired registered nurse and I know excellent care when I receive it.

I have no idea why I have stayed with Rochester Family for so long when the receptionists treat you like trash. I have so many horrible stories. I had an appointment scheduled for over a month, took time off work to go just to find out they had scheduled another patient in my time slot and they couldn’t get me in until another month out, mind you I was being seen for my mental health that they don’t take seriously. They sent a referral somewhere that isn’t even open any longer. I just had Robbin laugh at me when I said I didn’t know the name of a medication that I had taken over two years ago. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced at a doctors office. The doctors and nurses are great, but they seem to change a lot. Choose a different office, this place is NOT WORTH IT!!! 😤

I've been going to Dr. Ryan for approximately 2 years. Was happy with care until I didn't do a lab before an appointment. She was extremely agitated and told me to reschedule. The soonest was a month and 1/2 out. I asked about a phone visit that was the soonest with a negative addtude. I declined the offer and found a new doctor that is respectful
