This new urgent care is amazing! There was absolutely no wait at all, I walked in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. The front desk staff was lovely and helpful, the nurses were really caring and attentive, and the doctor was thorough and efficient. Would give it 10 stars if I could!

I’m deeply concerned about the quality of care at Burbank Urgent Care. I visited with a puncture wound in my hand caused by an animal and noticed a deformity over the tendon area. The injury moved with finger movement, which seemed serious to me. Shockingly, I was told to stop taking antibiotics and reassured that my hand was “nothing to worry about.”

It turned out to be a fully ruptured tendon injury requiring surgery to repair. Why would anyone recommend stopping antibiotics for an animal puncture wound, which is well-known for its risk of infection? And how could a visible deformity near a tendon be dismissed so easily? This misdiagnosis could have led to long-term complications.

This level of negligence is unacceptable. I’m sharing my experience to caution others about seeking care here. I urge this facility to prioritize patient safety and improve their diagnostic processes immediately.

The nurse practitioner Sharon K. Kelly was kind and professional and I really appreciated her help and care. The other nurses and medical assistants were also kind. However, I was extremely disappointed with one nurse, Manny, who was rude and spoke to me in a very condescending tone. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Patients should feel supported and cared for, not belittled, especially when they are already feeling unwell. I also tried to contact the manager after my visit and it took such a long time to finally reach them. The front desk told me twice that they “left a message so he can call you back” but he never did. It took several days until I was able to speak to him after I called and when I did reach him he claimed that he never got a message about it. Seems like they also have miscommunication issues in this office because I don’t know what happened there or if it was just an excuse.

Best urgent care experience I’ve had. Nice and new facility, helpful and kind staff. Bonus was no wait, fixed a cut on my foot and I was gone within 45 minutes!

This urgent care is great, clean and highly efficient. From the Medical Assistant Ashley to the Nurse Practioner Sharon Kelly, both provided great service and were very professional. Nurse Practioner Sharon Kelly takes time to listen and helps to find appropriate solutions. Both take pride in the work that they do and it shows. Thank you both for your service.

I came today to receive treatment for severe dehydration from food poisoning. Marabelle, Monica, and the PA, were so unbelievable. Some of the best, most nurturing care I’ve ever received. The facility is so clean and pretty. I could not recommend this urgent care and their amazing staff enough. Thank you for taking such great care of me.

First time going to this clinic this past weekend with my family member. The building is new and clean with no wait times!! The front desk staff were completely helpful with the check in process and we were promptly in a room. But while in the room waiting for the doctor, we could audibly hear two female nurses yelling at each other. Sounded like they were more concerned with their argument than providing patient care.The doctor was super nice and efficient. Other than the embarrassing moment, definitely recommend this place!

This urgent care is amazing!! It was my first time here and will definitely come back again! The PA Jenny answered all our question, she was friendly with the patient and very knowledgeable. The urgent care is clean and all the equipment is new, definitely my go to urgent care from now on!
