**11/29 update - taking off 2 stars because despite being tested on 11/17, I still haven't received my test results, which has essentially made the test useless at this point. I've called several times, but can't get to anyone who can give me any info, nor am I able to leave a message for the designated person because the mailbox is full. I understand that there was a huge increase of people getting tested right before the holiday, but to have no communication or updates, or even a generic email to say what's going on is really disheartening. I will be going elsewhere for testing from now on.**

Went here for COVID testing and had a great experience. Had some trouble finding the right entrance because the photo in Google Maps is misleading, so I'm attaching the actual entrance photo in case others had trouble finding it like I did. Very easy to park in the mall parking garage right across from the entrance.

The facility is very nice, and I appreciated the system they set up for testing and keeping everyone physically distanced. I also appreciated that they had later hours than some of the other testing spots. Overall, a good experience.

Don’t go here. You’re more likely to get Covid just by waiting to get a test done. There were too many people waiting in the office, that they sent half of them back to the lobby. Which makes no sense because then people are just squished in a whole other area, infecting god knows how many people who come in and out of the building. I got my test done on Nov 23. They told me it would take around four days just to get the results back. It’s been a little over a week... Then I tried calling them yesterday (12/1) and a worker told me that my name was at the top of the list for results. That I should call back in the evening of yesterday or tomorrow morning. I’ve called both times, and no one picked up either times. I understand that they’re busy and they’re doing the best they can, but to lack communication skills is unprofessional. By the time I get the results back now, it’s basically useless...

Like two of the reviews before me, I looked on the Montgomery county testing locations and decided to take the test at the Wheaton mall on 11/15/2020 and was told 3-5 days to get results. What was strange is they didn’t take my email down but only my name and phone number and reiterated that they would call me with results. 5 days later I called the Montgomery county testing line and they gave me the information for proyecto salud with extension 800 or 804. When I called them the lady was nice and said “she’ll look out for my test results and be sure to call me” I called again the next day and it goes straight to voicemail with a full box...both extensions and even their normal phone line. Obviously, this company is being paid by the county and can not handle the increase in workload. Great way to take the taxpayers money during COVID as it has been over 10 days with no results...

Completely disorganized when it comes to COVID testing. I took my test through the county partnership at Wheaton Mall on 11/15. It is 11/23 and I have not received a result back, when they told me I would get it back within 4 days. I have tried calling them, leaving messages, and I get no response. Ended up calling the lab they use in Frederick and they sent Proyecto Salud my results a few days ago. By the time I get my result my isolation period will nearly be over if I am positive! Do not use this clinic.

We went to this clinic for late Saturday afternoon COVID tests and the staff were amazing, efficient and really helpful - especially with my children who were nervous having previously had the more invasive tests last summer. I was very impressed. When we leaving, a man and his family who had come too late were basically harrassing the staff because they needed to close the line. Fortunately, other families in the line were defending the staff but it was very distressing to witness for the poor staff - who did a great job of maintaining professionalism. I hope the county or state offers some support on this issue of protecting health care workers.

Hate to give a bad review. But I went here for a covid test on 11/21 and was told I would get my results 11/25. That never happened. They said to call them if I don’t hear anything on 11/25, but I’ve called 15 times over 2 days and have gotten no answer. It is now 11/26 evening and I have no results.

Because of this I was not able to visit parents on thanksgiving. I am writing this review because I hope the county or someone will do something about this. Delayed test results are a big reason covid-19 is rampaging this country. This really needs to be fixed, I have had a terrible experience.

I went with my father for a Covid test on Monday November 16th and was told I would get my results either on Friday November 20th or Monday November 23rd. It is Tuesday November 24th now and NO RESULTS! They gave me a number to call if I didn’t get my results then. I have called 11 times and no answer. 4 out of 11 of those times I was on hold for 10+ minutes. Someone picked up the phone once but then shortly hung up. I have left messages, and sent emails in both English and Spanish and no response! I have been out of work for 2 weeks now and Need to know my results so I can get back to work. You need to improve the costumer to company contact because this is ridiculous. I hope this issue can get resolved!

Go somewhere else. They said 4 to 5 day wait for the Covid results and I got no response on day 6. I don't think the staff realize they have a phone so I had to pull up to the office. They were able to check my status on the computer which said "In progress," we're reaching the 2 week mark here and still nothing. Well the test was free and you get what you pay for.

Learn from my mistake and go to an established location for your health concerns.
