I have always had a positive experience with Cristina. She's incredibly empathetic and always took time to return my phone calls when I had questions about medications. Our appointments never felt rushed and i feel like she really listened to what I had to say. She is insightful and I have learned so much from her in terms of medication and coping strategies. I’ve called in for last minute appointments and she always tried to fit me in when possible. She is professional and her office manager is always very pleasant. I highly recommend seeing her.

I have been a patient of Christina‘s for many years. I am grateful for her compassion, professionalism, and her ability to always listen. As a nurse myself, I know that time is always limited. That has never been the case with Christina. She has helped me with many things in my psychosocial life. But the most trying time in my life was two years ago at the height of Covid. I felt alone, scared and overwhelmed. Christina was there for me and helped me through the most trying time in my life and continues to do so. Thank you, Christina!

Just absolutely wonderful! With our fast food medical system, it is so difficult to find the right counselor and prescriber who will take the time to really listen and help. Her approach uses a combination of traditional and holistic medicine to treat her patients. She also uses individualized medicine to help select the right medications for you. She takes so much time with you and I feel like I am being heard with respect to my personal medical problems. I wish I would have met her sooner considering how much happier and healthier I feel. Cristina is amazingly smart and insightful. She treats many trauma patients and her expertise in this area is exceptional. She is always available and her personal assistant is the best!

Vanessa De Melo is great, I have been seeing Vanessa De Melo now since Cristina Desa,NP is no longer taking new patients. She's insightful, listens and is always flexible with her schedule. The office staff is very polite as well.

An exceptional practice! They are very friendly and inviting. You will not feel like a number, they listen to you and provide a personal touch in patient care. I’ve been coming to this office for years and I feel they really care about my well being and will do more than most other practices to get patients well! The office manager Frank is wonderful and has always returned my calls with solutions to my requests

I learned about Cristina after hearing wonderful, consistent positive feedback from my patients in primary care. After a thorough first session reviewing my history and needs, Vanessa cancelled sessions very close to or on the day of. She dropped me as a patient "after review and discussion" well after our first and only appointment. The lack of
professionalism was staggering. In a process that requires a high degree of trust, it was returned with a lack of consideration more akin to somebody begrudgingly doing you a favor. (Or, in my case, fobbing off to a different provider). My experience is limited, but in that, they were not a good treatment provider.
