I went to the Hazel Crest clinic, front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I have had PT for many things over the years, Ray The PT was just great. For this being the 2nd PT I went to for my back, he really helped me, and explained what my body was going through, not just telling me the exercise I need to do. Thank you Ray

I have just completed 6 weeks of physical therapy at this facility following surgery for a partial knee replacement. I can’t say enough about the personalized care and attention I received here. Jonathan and Nancy really listened to my concerns and were there to help me every step of the way. Jonathan also made adjustments in my program during the course of my therapy when necessary to fit my individual goals for a good outcome. I have been to several PT facilities over the past several years and PTSIR Hazel Crest surpassed them by far. Would highly recommend!

This has been a unique experience! They make you feel like family since the moment you go in! Like they know you all your life! Really thoughtful and caring! Jon is super Awesome. I have been dealing with nerve pain from a car accident for years making it difficult to even touch certain spots of my body. After 3 weeks here I am finally able to touch my legs and not jump out my skin.

Amazing how his techniques allow me to live a much normal life and reduce the annoying pain I've had for years.
