I was temporarily stationed at Tyndall Air Force Base and forgot some of my CPAP supplies. Needing these for my health, I contacted this business hoping to purchase replacements locally to avoid being without my CPAP machine for over 2 weeks. Visiting the store, I specified what I needed but, I was met with the insistence on a prescription and other documentation before any sale could proceed. I complied with their requirements. During my lunch break, I attempted to purchase a hose and headgear. The staff at the front counter was unhelpful, untrained, and there were significant issues with the computer system, causing me to exceed my lunch break by nearly 30 minutes. When it came time to pay, I was informed that only card payments were accepted, despite ability to pay in cash. Now, over a month later, I've received a mailed bill for the supplies, which I had already paid for with my credit card during my visit. This experience has been frustrating and reflects poorly on the store's management of both customer service and transaction I am now concerned because the store has retained all my personal information and is erroneously generating billing statements suggesting I owe money or that I've subscribed to ongoing services, which is not the case. This was a one-time purchase from a store that isn't my usual supplier for equipment. I request that my personal information be expunged from the database immediately, and I want all further communications from this business to cease. Given the mishandling of my purchase and the ongoing billing issues, I am worried about potential identity theft and fraud. Moreover, I am frustrated with the lack of assistance at the local store in Panama City, where staff seem unable or unwilling to resolve this issue, instead redirecting me to Quality Respiratory Inc. in Foley, Alabama. I want to ensure I am not inadvertently enrolled in any recurring billing cycle and to prevent any future unauthorized use of my personal details.

We drove down from Michigan and as we settled into our AirBnb, my husband realized he forgot one tiny piece of his CPAP and it was a VERY long night. We Googled this place and hoped for the best. Not only did they have EXACTLY what he needed, it was an extra piece they had hanging around and it was free of charge. The young lady who helped us was outstanding and literally saved our vacation!!
