I was fitted for shoes months ago. I was delivered the wrong size. Called to have rep pick up the new shoes which I have not worn. No one been in touch to get the correct size shoes to me! Filing a complaint to Medicare, my insurance company, and Better Business Bureau. No excuse for their incompetence!

My dr office gave me this company to help get my diabetes supplies. I notified them way in advance I would be needing thier assistance, made sure they had my information to include address to get the supplies delivered. I called today to place the order for them to tell me I can not place an order with them cause I am out of network. Please tell me how the heck I could be out of network if my doctor gave me thier information. Lazy employees who didn't want to work is all that comes down to.

It took awhile to get my PCP and podiatrist to complete and submit all the forms, however I was called and set an appointment after all was done. Sandra the Specialist measured my feet, used a camera like device to photograph my feet, asked me questions and let me pick the shoe I like. Only a few weeks later I returned to get my new shoes and orthotics. The orthotics were too high, squishing my toes. Sandra gave me a temporary pair to use and in about a week she received and mailed the orthotics. She is extremely knowledgeable, competent and sweet. I would recommend Quantum to all my friends.
