No staff present at front desk during my entire 15-minute wait in waiting room, just a sign saying to sign-in; but not indicating where to sign-in. I finally spotted a kiosk in the corner of the room, away from the front desk, and scanned my barcode from the appointment confirmation paperwork I'd printed out. The barcode was not recognized, so I had to enter my phone number, which was recognized. I then waited for 15 minutes, even though I had an apppointment and was right on time. A staff member came in and called for "Michael." When no one responded, I asked, "Did you mean Michele? Michele Meyer?" The staff member mumbled something to the affirmative and told me to go to room 6, which I did. She followed, asked my birthdate and took my blood. She handed me a urine sample cup and mumbled something about a restroom. I asked if it was down the hall, and she replied it was just outside the room we were in. I filled the urine sample cup, and when I went to leave it in the window inside the restroom, the little cubicle was already full of three other samples that had been previously left there. I carefully balanced my cup on top of one of the others in there. I washed my hands, but there were no paper towels left in the dispenser. I went back to room 6 to let the phlebotomist know. She was sitting down in chair, doing something on her cellphone, which surprised me because there were other patients still in the waiting room. When I told her about the paper towels, she mumbled something I couldn't make out. As I walked down the hall back toward the waiting room, I passed another room in which a staff member was doing stuff on a computer. He had been doing the same thing when I was brought in to have my blood taken. As far as I could see or hear, these were the only two staff members on site, and neither of them seemed to be helping patients, even though there were several still in the waiting room. Although nobody was rude to me, I was left with the impression that apathy permeated throughout the clinic. I will, however, probably come back again, only because of the clinic's proximity to my home, and I've heard that the other nearby clinics are even worse.

Great location, very efficiently run from the moment you enter this office… very friendly and professional staff… in and out in a timely manner and they also take walk-ins… no problem.

The phebotomist drew my lipids in a purple top not a tiger top. I expect to have to have it redrawn at another tine. Also, the location of the lab changed without notification. I had to find the new location in the dark and I was somewhat concerned with my saftey.. There were no visible signs. The entrance was dark.
