My husband and I both had appointments, waited 30 min. There was one lady in there getting lab work done, can't say much because I dont know what she needed done. The women, kinda heavy set with glasses taking our blood was very unpleasant and making rude comments to both of us and we are very pleasant friendly people. You could tell she was not fond of her job and not a people person. We will be visiting another location in the future. Wish I read these reviews first.

The North Attleboro office was a good Quest lab location. Granted it was small and only staffed with one person, but she was careful, conscientious and could draw blood without causing you undue pain. If they wanted to close bad locations down they should have closed the office in the Guild Medical building in Norwood, MA. The incompetents there aren’t suited for testing patients.

This lab is awful. My 70 year old mother was shamed for not knowing how to use the touch screen to check in. She is unable to read. On top of that...we received a call from her Dr office to immediately go to ER at MGH due to her lab results. After spending the day at the ER and having labs repeated we found out the the lab reported her numbers incorrectly they said 12.6 not 1.26. Don’t go here!

Not sure why the reviews are not positive. I can't complain about my visit. I was in and out very quickly. I checked in with the bar code. I was called in within a minute and the technician was professional and did a great job taking my blood.

I have visited this lab multiple times and each time it is the same unpleasant worker. She seems miserable and should probably change jobs instead of taking it out on all of the people who need their blood drawn.

Girl that drew my blood was a heavy set girl and both times she was ignorant and had attitude with me to the extent she screwed up my bloodwork and put it in someone elses file causing me to take it over!

Made an appointment with them for the morning right when they open, myself along with 3 other people waited outside for 45 minutes and no one showed up to open the office, they also did not answer phone calls or call back. Will never go here again.
