I scheduled an appointment. Got there a little early. I was in an exam room by my appointment time. Everyone that I interfaced with was very nice. NP examined me and gave diagnosis. Very thorough. Answered all questions and provided written instructions with everything that she had told me. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back when needed.

Came in the morning for a check up. The people there are really kind and helpful. Also they are a teaching spot and I love giving people opportunities to learn! They diagnosed me and walked me through my treatment plan! So caring and sweet people there. They really know what they are doing!

When in there there is nobody at the receptionist window waited for a little bit. She finally came said that I’d like her to see a provider. The receptionist explained that they close soon but fast pace health is still open for another hour. I explained to her that when we got here, there’s no one at the window. We’ve been waiting for a few minutes, and I would like my child to be seen by a provider. She still proceeded to tell me no That they close soon and if I wish for my child to see somebody, then I need to go to fast paced health. I didn’t asked her is there somebody else I can speak with who will possibly see my child tonight she then called in the back And ask the provider the nurse practitioner that was On duty so she could still see him. I felt bad for coming in so late, but the nurse and the NP was really great.

The wife took our grandson to quick care Friday for a bad cough no streap it was negative but as a lot of times a year sinus infection and drainage very very bad cough we know what works they never listen to appeals for the meds that work no never otc is the prescription oh and we did get a weak cough script he can’t sleep from coughing we are doing everything we can have been 2 days prior otc otc y have np and drs for an otc prescription this isn’t the first time either we are very disappointed and no surprised by the answer from them we will go elsewhere for him to get the care he deserves and needs highly disappointed and do not recommend for a kid with a bad cough the dg can’t prescribe what the md or np does at quick care by Walmart not happy at all 0 stars for their lack of action yet again and thanks for nothing

Thank you DCH Quick Care for always having great, quick service. My daughter had an allergic reaction to something last night. We were there until after closing. We never felt rushed, we were prepared for the evening, and everyone made sure to make my daughter feel safe and calm! Highly recommend!

If there was an option for zero stars, I would have selected it. Took my son in for a possible fractured wrist and had a bad experience. After waiting for 4 hours and not getting any answers. A month and a half later, I am still getting bills. Have been to the new Fast Pace Health clinic since then and was totally impressed.
