I have extreme difficulty contacting them by phone. There have been days when I have called 30 times and it is busy every time. I live an hour away so stopping in is a chore.

This place was amazing! Extremely helpful, understanding, and compassionate. I can’t say enough. Amanda helped me get fitted for my bipap machine. She answered all my questions. She was extremely compassionate. She did everything in her power to make sure I had an oxygen machine delivered that day without exception (and it was around 2:30pm and I live nearly 40 minutes away). After the nightmare I had with medical supply company, this was a huge relief in getting me the stuff I needed in a timely fashion. Thank you!

I'm very frustrated with the CPAP buying process and parts of that are Quinlan's doing and parts of it are probably just the way CPAPs and medical insurance work but it's worth understanding no matter who you get yours from.

Basically, my CPAP use is monitored and if I average 4 hours or more use every night (again it's an average so taking 1 night off drags your average down but isn't necessarily a problem) then my insurance pays most of the 'rental fee' for the CPAP. I called Quinlan's 2 months ago and said I didn't want to be on the rent to own plan (which I wasn't given a choice at purchase time) and paid a lump sum that was supposed to be the end of it. That lump sum was apparently based on consistently meeting the 4 hours average use requirement. So now I have started getting 80 dollar bills. I was very mad and drove to the store to vent. They are coming up with a final price which I will pay and hopefully be done with it.

In addition to the rent vs buy issue which may be driven by insurance requirements, Quinlan's will also robo call you almost every week if you don't opt-out. The robo calls themselves don't have an opt-out option you can choose, you have to call in or stop by to get off that list.

Overall I find the CPAP monitoring system distasteful but that isn't Quinlan's invention, they are merely a participant in that system. I think if Quinlan's or the CPAP prescribing place fully described the amount of surveillance and the amount of time it goes on for and the financial ramifications, many people would think twice before moving forward with it. They did mention that use is monitored but I thought that was for an initial 90 day period, not for years.

The lady we interacted with was absolutely rude basically told us that we wasted her time and wouldn't even take the time to try to see if she could help by finding my fidelis Care number so would that be inside once my foot is fixed I will never require anything from that place again

PATIENT BEWARE. If 0 stars was an option this place would be my first. Torn ACL and meniscus tears. I need a $600 knee brace to even begin therapy. Over 2 weeks, they say they dont do priority shipping? I could buy a 10 dollar item on Amazon Prime and get it in 2 days. Guess what, wrong size brace. Then they say...oh darn....we will overnight the correct size?huh? Don't worry, it showed up 3 days later. She charges me $128 for my co-pay. I pay it upon pick up. Weeks later I get my insurance statement, they tell me I actually owe $350. I anticipate a bill from Quinlans. 2 months later it comes, owe $350. Didnt credit my account for what I had paid. I call girl says wait for corrected bill then pay. Month later new bill comes. I owe $365, 350+15 late fee for failure to pay? I call again. Susie, billing manager says, oh just ignore, she blames computer company they use. I tell her I am putting $192 in the mail that night. She swears she will fix it and it is not reported to credit reporting. That was Monday.....Tues, Weds, I get collection agency calls for Quinlans. I call today, Thursday. Susie says of ignore those calls....I said are you freakin kidding me. She says she will fix because my check should arrive today. Guess what I got tonight....yup, collection call. Moral of the story if you see a Quinlans....run away as fast as you can.

As a care coordinator that serves individuals with complex medical needs, Quinlan’s staff are always available and polite to answer all my questions and concerns. In this time of oxygen and CPAP shortages, staff have been very empathetic and frequently check in with me with updates and timelines. Thank you Quinlan’s for caring about my individuals as much as I do!

Great service , great experience! I purchased my new cpap machine from them and was fitted and informed completely about the machine before I left . I came back after a few weeks and also purchased z1 auto portable cpap for travel and also had another great experience and they made sure I knew everything about the machine before i left the store ! You have a customer for life ..... good job ! 👍
