This would be a 0 star review but Google does not allow them.

This company/branch have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Consistent issues with billing, no way to reach anyone, never answer phone, and sent a bill to collection that shows PAID in their own portal. I am desperate to move my prescription to another vendor. They only care about selling replacement supplies.

It used to be convenient get supplies from Oxygen Plus. I could call them on the phone, order and pick them up the same day or have them delivered. Now the last time I ordered my call got routed to someone else. I'm told I can't pick them up they have to ship them. It took over 2 weeks from the day I ordered until they arrived. When I checked the tracking I find out the order wasn't shipped until a week after I placed it and then another week for it to come from Kentucky. I heard the company's been sold and they outsource the ordering. I could order online and get better service. That's what I'm going to start doing even though I prefer to use local businesses

Most unacceptable service experience ever . After extremely rude dismissal from desk staff...supervisor informed my insurance was only valid out of network..which is fine but no effort to resolve or explain or help. Lucky for them they have no competition.

To your response... I never received any opportunity to purchase retail (which I gladly would have accepted) and your reference to looking for "freebies" is unfortunate. All i was told is my insurance ("United Health") was out of network and i would incur higher deductibles. No effort to explain or offer a resolution. Just not helpful.

I have been receiving and paying for supplies from you for at least 5 years. There's almost always been an issue with insurance...which is not entirely your fault....but its never not been an issue (even after 5 years on the same plan).

Your placated "sorry for your life comments" and that i was a "threat" are unwarranted and disrespectful. Shaming a customer for there insurance choices is probably not a good idea either. I'll admit to impatience and i don't know your team...but "caring" and "supportive" are not what i experienced. That doesn't mean they aren't.

I don't write reviews ("ever") but this was just something i had to (and have the right to) express.

I truly hope other customers have a better experience.

Update 02/01/2022: My $6.00 + balance has been sent to a collection agency eventhough Oxygen Plus had a card on file AND I left multiple voicemail messages detailing my complete credit card Information last summer. When I still continued to receive invoices I paid on their online website. The poor customer service people kept apologizing and said they understood why I was upset and said they would have the blling people call me. No calls from billing or at least no e.sols or voicemail messages since last year. Time to file a second complaint with Meficare and time to call Michael Finney and his team...sigh.

I have been customer with Oxygen Plus in Walnut Creek for years and have always had excellent customer service. I typically would call in my order and my card on file would be charge. I received notice that going forward I would be required to order and pay via an online site. I called the main number and left multiple messages that I required assistance in setting up the account because the site was not accepting my new mobile number. I just received an email that my account was past due. Yes, I understand it is past due but if no one has responded to my phone cal;s for months even though I explained the above and asked for assistance because of my disability at least five times with no response, what am I to do? Previous to this online payment system, I had excellent response times and could leave voicemail messages, I had assumed the company had gone out of business because there is no voicemail. I tried this evening to call and there is still no way to leave a voicemail. I paid my past due amount which I am not sure that I actually owe because I always pay when I order. I will definitely be filing a complaint with my Medicare and my insurance company. I will also call my health insurance company and strongly suggest they not do business with this company in the future. I am a disabled senior and have a great deal of trouble navigating websites without assistance. I asked for assistance numerous times and Oxygen Plus could not take the time to reply once. It is challenging enough to have disabilities without a having companies not have any concept of thoughts of accommodations for those of us who have challenges using technology. Ordering used to be simple: Call, order, pay at that time. Now I did not order, cannot speak with anyone, did not receive one phone call or email and you want my business. No thank you. In case I was not clear enough about my recommendation....I do not recommend Oxygen Plus.

Rude employees, never answer phones and abysmal customer service. You could receive better service at a Walmart self checkout. Saying their company is sub par would be an understatement. Don’t do business with them, they’re by no means professional.

I got a prescription from my Doctor for a CPAP and had it faxed over a week ago to you guys. I haven’t gotten a call letting me know to come in. I’ve called your main number and nobody picks up…I left a voicemail and no call back! Is there issues on nobody answering the phone line?
