The front office staff were friendly and welcoming. The medical assistant was kind and efficient. Dr. Gates was thorough and well informed. I’m not a fan of medical care due to a variety of bad experiences and it had been several years since seeking care. I was apprehensive but left feeling comfortable and on the road to an appropriate preventative health plan.

I visited Dr Gates office first time a few weeks ago. She is very kind and humble family physician. She had made extra effort to make sure I get all the medication and test kits for my quick recovery. I feel quite comfortable and would recommend her as a family physician.

The administration of this practice is dismal at best. I waited FOUR months for an appointment as a new patient only to be told she was out of the office and now I would have to wait four more months to try again. Unreal!!! If this is indicative of the care provided this is a huge RED Flag! I was told they left me a voicemail a week ago but I show no messages.

Pretty unhappy visit. Dr Gates started criticizing me for opening waiting room door while I waited for her. I can’t sit in a small closed room. Anyway, lousy way to start appointment. She seemed very uncaring and little patience. I’m 75. I’m used to better from Dr. Marsh, my former doctor in that office. The girls in front were great an Desiree was very nice.

I am very happy to have Dr Gates as my primary Doctor. She is attentive very professional. She addressed my concerns and answered my questions . Went over my health issues with me. Tweaked my prescriptions. I like taking as few as possible. If she is interrupted she always excuses herself professionally.
