I have encountered the same thing they really don’t care about their clients I’ve been calling my case manager for a week no answer nobody call back or nothing just ignore and my services are on hold. I highly advise Willie to avoid this company

Radias Health has been instrumental in achieving my independence by not providing me with any help. Of the ten examples of what a case manager can assist with on the Ramsey County website, they did not assist me with any of those. In less than two years, I have had three different case managers that would not provide resources that I need. I am still not sure if I am receiving the proper services.

Don’t come here they hold your services hostage and don’t help you at all. They don’t even call back or txt. All my services are on hold and they don’t care at all. If you have any other choice please don’t come here they are not a good company

*update * 4 years now and Radias is still a true blessing. Professional and just like Family. All my dealings with Therapy, DBT, Ahrms, Dwntn Front Desk, Pay Roll, Caseworkers, are Phenomenal to this date. You all are SO kind, patient, and have a continuing hand in guiding me to be the best me. Travis Simmons I'm still honored that you accepted my kids and I into your program. You helped change my life and I thank Radias as a whole. This Woman here can't thank you all enough

To whom ever reading this trust me when I tell you trust the process, they helped to manage and change every single aspect of my life for the better. they helped me when it comes to addiction, I had help when it comes to mental illness, I had help in a lot of areas that I never knew that the ACT Team are capable of doing. they're very respectful, polite, and Suggestive. they will reach out to you in a way that wouldn’t make you feel as if you did something wrong. They’ll Find a solution to every problem, Even if it's outside of their expertise. They’ll drive to you regardless of harsh conditions, weather, or even distance. basically they’re a cohesive unit of experts and professionals who will make sure that you will end up having the care you asked for exactly how you want it. great service.!! they made me believe in myself again, my providers, and the healing process. i strongly recommend anyone to go with the team blue team. They’re the best

The administration is delinquent in their duties and/or unaware of basic Requirements of those they supervise. They do not take responsibility for their actions and are heavy handed on their hard working staff. They knowingly use unlicensed Social Workers though they are required by law to do so. Their operation should be reviewed by the state.

Case Managers, Therapists, staff in homeless, all diffrent kinds of permant housing programs will share your diagnosis, private information (past abuse even sexual! phobias, any information you trust them with.) Most Case Manger's have twice the case load they shoukd, & don't even work 2-3 days out of the week!!!! Good luck if you have a crisis & call the main office looking for support, I was put on hold for 3 hours, told every 45 minutes someone would be on soon. During that time frame I tried to hang myself (in one of their facilities where staff for some reason never came in for three days with no explanation other than they were short handed, unable to get my meds or help @ main office, or cm) My neighbor happend to hear me choking, came in cut me down, & sat with me for 12 hours talking. SMHS is a joke & if it wasn't so big & the state didn't need them so badly due to lack of choice they would shut them down immediately (I was actually told this by an executive with the Department of Health) BTW I was completely voulenterary no commitment!

The actual professionals are great. Sometimes wait times can get to be a little much, even with an appointment, but the psychiatrists I have encountered seem to care and take time to hear their patients. Lower rating due to an overly permissive approach to who is allowed to just be in the wait area and for how long. Last visit, there was a man who was obviously homeless who had his huge grocery cart hoarde with him in the waiting area. He appeared to be struggling with mental illness, very symptomatic and at times would begin to loudly rant or respond to what I assume were voices. I thought he was a patient, but after sitting there for 4 hours, I realized he was just avoiding the rain. Along with 2 homeless women who were very hostile to people who sat in the samd row as them, and another man who came in apparently under the influence of some type of upper, jealously guarded the phones - probably because he believed he was hidden there, and no one would see him drink the handle of vodka he had with him.
None of these people saw a professional while they were there. I watched them come and then go, without anyone in the office asking them to keep it quiet or maybe don't growl at the patients...
