I would give zero starts If possible. They never answer the phone, every-time I call it makes me leave a message, it seems like they don’t have staff members at the administration desk. And they don’t respond to messages in a timely manner, I’ve waited for months for my appointment which is video appointment but they never sent out a link or information to join the appointment. Then 20 minutes before my appointment they call me to tell me I have to change provider name in the insurance before they see me, (which can take hours as you know they love to put you on hold). Mind you they are the ones that scheduled me with a different provider since the one named on my card was out on leave. So I had to cancel my appointment which I waited for for months!! SO FRUSTRATING!!! There’s absolutely no respect for patients who waited forever to be seen. Terrible service I don’t recommend getting care here.

Absolutely terrible service. Phones are never answered and the wait time is obnoxious. I’ve had to wait approximately an hour over my scheduled appointment time, on three separate occasions, for appointments that took no longer than 10mins. There is complete disregard for patient time as if nobody else has a life or responsibilities except the doctor. Save yourself the frustration and do not choose this clinic.

Although this place is clean and conveniently located, I wouldn’t recommend this office. They very rarely answer the phone, so it hard to make an appointment or call them back and get a live person. They ordered lab work and then the doctor didn’t put in the right codes. So after driving to several labs and finally getting an appointment, the lab was unable to draw blood without the proper codes. It was a waste of my time, and took up a large portion of my day. It was a Friday and the lab couldn’t get a hold of them because they are closed on Fridays. Then when I needed a note for work it took 45 minutes of me waiting in their office to get it. They seem to care more about their staff than patients

Had a great experience on all appointments. Dr Iqbal is very compassionate and expert in what he does. He helped me recover through my migraines and directed me to a Neurologist for further care. He makes effective recommendations.

Came here at a suggestion of a friend to do the 30 minute PCR test for COVID. Have to say it was a pretty easy and efficient process. Registration was simple. The MA came out to provide us with tests in our cars and we were able to leave and get results over the phone in a secure way in the 30 or so minutes we were told. Overall great experience

Came here a couple of times and was excited to come back each time due to the excellent customer service provided as well as the quick turn around time. Dr. Zahid answers all of my questions thoroughly whenever I have any concerns and makes sure I have what I need to remain healthy.
