In less than one week of us purchasing our water softener/filtering/ and premium drinking water purification system, our installers showed up in full force and had the equipment fully functional in less than 4 hours. Todd and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked diligently in over 100° weather to give us a quality product. I am very pleased with this company and their services. Highly recommend them.

I was pushed into having them come to my house to test our water by a Rainsoft vendor at Home Depot. I told them I’d sent in 1 of their water testing kits years ago & never heard back about our water. They made it seem like they were going to come, test the water, & leave & I’d get our results in an email + a $20 gift card to Home Depot. The guy arrived @ 6:45pm & the 1 of the 1st things he tells me is that if my husband isn’t present, I won’t get the $20 gift card. My husband was NOT even with me when I got signed up for this. My husband was sleeping because he works full time, but I got him up because they promised me this gift card & now all of the sudden it sounded like they were trying to find a way out of it. They did not tell me that it was going to take an hour, they did not tell me that they were going to try to sell us something, the rep just told me that they were going to test my water. I told her that we were fixing up our house & that we had an event to prepare for that weekend, but she pushed me to get it done that week because “we don’t have any other openings in this area”. I’m guessing didn’t mention how long it was going to take because she knew I would refuse w/ everything we have going on. After this guy gets done telling us how disgusting our water is, he gives us pricing of $8k+ & then offers financing. To which I told him he wasted his time because we cannot get approved for financing right now because of the issues we’ve had w/ this house. We also told him we aren’t staying in this house, so we wouldn’t be dumping that much money into filtration systems for it. He told us to buy a filtering water pitcher & sent us filtration systems estimates…. Still no gift card. I called Home Depot to fill them in on the deception & the women on the other side said that this happens ALL the time. The Rainsoft tech treated us like filthy people… my mom & I were actively DEEP cleaning & FIXING our house (even while he was there because we were on a tight schedule), especially that sink! Which I told the rep b4 she even signed us up. I had the new faucet & parts in my hand me WHILE she bombarded me. So now when they stand inside of Home Depot or Lowe’s, I’m willing to redirect folks & tell everyone the truth. Because if y’all don’t give customers all of the info beforehand, but promise a gift card that y’all never deliver on or try to get out of upon arrival, then y’all shouldn’t be allowed to market in these stores. I was interested in a house filtration system, but I will never own or recommend Rainsoft after our experience. Customer service starts the moment u make contact, not after customers spend thousands of dollars. I’ll leave u w/ some quotes from the tech that really stuck w/ us. “Water is money” & “you don’t need vitamins in your drinking water, just buy supplements to take”.

I have read countless reviews and researched home water filtration for a full year. I had decided I was going to purchase a system and install it myself. When the sales rep came to do a water test; I was extremely skeptical. Jeremy did an exceptional job of going over the systems offerings and dialing in a system that fit our house needs and budget. When the install crew came they were on time, courteous and professional. Todd and the crew were absolutely exemplary! They finished the install in a few hours and cleaned up everything when they were done including taking any trash with them. Very satisfied with this company and the fantastic water we now enjoy! Thanks team.

I had an unsettling experience with this company at a local Home Depot. They offered a $20 gift card for completing a survey and sending back a water testing kit. However, after participating, I was informed that the $20 reward was actually part of a drawing and not guaranteed.

Further issues arose when I called their customer service for clarification. The representative was argumentative and dismissive, accusing me of not providing my personal information, despite the fact that I had received their water testing kit at my home. This response was not only unprofessional but also contradictory.

Based on this experience, I’m skeptical of their business practices and the validity of any results they might provide. I advise caution if approached by this company.

Rainsoft has saved my life!! I have had some serious health issues for months now, I have been sick throwing up everytime I eat or drink anything. I have had all the medical testing to find nothing ......do you know how aggravating that is!?!?!? I came to the conclusion it was my water when I wasn't sick when I took a trip to Colorado nor Belize, however the moment I got home I was sick again. I contacted every water facility you can think of, health department, water authorities, city, poly inc,...ect, I even went to pool places and pet stores, and no one can or will test for bacteria...so I thought! Also let me mention that the city replaced pipes by my home, and flushed that disgusting water into our homes. I had to have my system clean after it was so nasty!! Anywho, as a last ditch effort I call Rainsoft to see if they did the testing for bacteria, or knew of a place that did. First I got scolded for not getting my Reverse Osmosis hooked up when I moved, she was completely in the right, I know better!! I've had the system for almost 8 years now, and I used to work for Rainsoft so she is right, I do know better!! Rebecca educated me on PFAS. PFAS, sometimes known as PFCs, are synthetic chemicals that do not occur naturally in the environment. There
are many different types of PFAS such as perfluorocarboxylic acids (e.g., PFOA, sometimes called C8, and
PFNA) and perfluorosulfonates (e.g., PFOS and PFHxS). PFAS may be used to keep food from sticking to
cookware, to make sofas and carpets resistant to stains, to make clothes and mattresses more waterproof, and
to make some food packaging resistant to grease absorption, as well as use in some firefighting materials. The Doctors will not test for it because there are no markers to distinguish an unhealthy level. Today Rainsoft is installing extra filters for me today to get rid of PFAS along with a wide range of chemicals and bacterias from the water! Rainsoft can test for 3 types of bacteria along with a wide range of other testing. I am very relieved to finally get to the bottom of my illness. I know I cant completely remove PFAS from our lives, but I can remove from my drinking water!! I highly recommend RAINSOFT, and a RO is a must have!!! THANK YOU so much Rainsoft!! Also Todd did an amazing job with the install and testing!!

I'm very happy with my rainsoft system, the softening has made a huge difference as well as the reverse osmosis system to provide clean drinking water. I was very impressed with the presentation I was given to show things that are in your water that you don't realize, can't see, etc. I was super shocked at how much chlorine was in my tapwater and how little the refrigerator filter does to actually clean the water. The whole process was fantastic and the installation team was amazing, and super friendly. The install took about three hours because I got the system to soften the water and remove chlorine, the reverse osmosis for my drinking water and also the laundry system. I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend this to anyone. Since using the soft water system I have noticed that my skin is much softer and my hair color lasts longer since chemicals are not stripping my hair. It is more expensive than something you could buy directly from Home Depot but there is a lifetime warranty and servicing available which you cannot get if you put in the system yourself.
