This is the best Doctors Office we ever had the privilege to be associated with. They are very kind and give superior care ,they listen very well to you , they are super efficient and knowledgeable, very thorough in every way a patient needs like timing for appointments are always good,they follow up with phone calls and products needed and test that are needed, and great with paperwork that’s needed. I highly recommend them and are so grateful to be able to have them care for are medical needs. The office experience is great from Kelly at the front desk to Tina Ivy, Andrea, Anna and of course nurse practitioner Victoria what a great team they have.Thank You all very much!!!

Not sure where the good doctors and PA, NP are I requested rib x rays they sent me for upper chest x ray. I was in a car accident and have been in pain for weeks. The NP said over the counter meds would do. I asked if anyone there has ever had bruised or fractured ribs no. So everyone who has never experienced the pain I am in basically disregarded me and acted like I’m a drug seeker. When I had my vasectomy dr gave me Vicodins for the pain and bruised ribs are far more painful. Still waiting for prescription to be approved because cvs said they reached back out to dr office and no response.

I had the best experience with my doctor and his team. I have severe anxiety and meeting someone new is terrifying for me, but he fully listened and made me feel so comfortable. All the staff from the front desk to the back show compassion, friendly and truly take their jobs with sincerity and respect for the patient coming in. I feel blessed to feel that my physical and mental health are in good hands.

My experience with Dr. Lee at Rancho Family Medical Group was very good. His services was top notch and at the start of the new year 2025 he will be my new primary physician. Dr Lee, was very patient and took the time out to thoroughly go over my lab work in detail to identify the areas needed for elevating my health. Thank you Dr. Lee!

This place is a joke. Especially trying to see Guiterez. Appointments are months ou, receptionists have attitudes. Now that it's been 2 years since last visit he no longer takes PPO patients and now I'm considered a new patient. Place is a joke...

My wife and I are very happy with Rancho Family Medical Group, and especially with Dr. Rolando Gutierrez. He’s a very knowledgeable Doctor that knows how to take care of patients medical issues.
We moved from San Francisco Bay Area not so long ago and our main concern was to find out a good clinic and Doctors in this area, we are so glad finding Doctor Rolando Gutierrez.

We definitely recommend Rancho Family and Dr. Gutierrez, especially to Spanish speaking patients that will have some difficulties to explain their medical issues in English.
