Reception area was clean and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. Mindy was my radiology technician, and she was compassionate, professional, and absolutely wonderful. Even explained things to me afterwards, which I have never had anyone do before. Loved her!

Nice greeting when I arrived. Paperwork was minimal because of information entered prior to appt. The technician was excellent. She was concerned about any discomfort....which there was none. Appointment was on time and I appreciate that. Great experience. Thank you.

Very clean and friendly office! My appointment was for 11:30 and I was called a little after that. My technician was very nice and explained the process even though this wasn’t my first time. Through the years of mammograms I have always enjoyed going to RM Interventional Radiology.

The worst possible service. The manager/supervisor totally Incompetent. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she comes out I notice her looking around, she walked past me twice without calling my name, I asked to speak to her after a technician was very sassy and rude, they clearly don’t know how to communicate among each other. The energy and the way they speak to patients is unacceptable.

Place was clean and staff was polite. Very quickly was attended.
Mindy did my mammogram, she was so lovely. Mindy explained everything to me and was very gentle. She helped make the whole experience great!

Everything went well. Staff was professional, courteous and friendly.
The only suggestions I have are better medical gowns. Longer (so our stomachs aren"t exposed, it is cold in there) and with better ties. Can't tie them properly. Perhaps velcro instead of string ties. I heard this from several people.
Otherwise everything was fine.

I had a great experience my appointment was at 5pm I showed up an hour early and asked if they could get me in early and they gladly accommodated me I was so happy and they were very nice and very friendly too
