Extremely disappointing experience.

I scheduled what I understood to be an annual preventative check-up, but was shocked to receive a $500 bill after insurance, coded as a new patient visit—which I never requested. During the appointment, I only spoke with Dr. Rand Nashi for about 10 minutes, mainly to request referrals, which should have been part of a preventative visit.

I also asked a specific question during the visit, and the doctor mentioned she would show me how to do it. Unfortunately, she never followed up, even after the session ended.

After receiving the bill, I contacted the office manager, who said she would follow up with the billing department. That was nearly two weeks ago, and I still haven’t heard back. I also called the office twice last week, and never received a return call.

The lack of communication, clarity, and follow-through has been very frustrating. I expected better care and transparency.

A gifted listener and brilliant clinician, she is both astute and caring, discerning and kind. My mother, whose standards are almost impossibly high, gushed about her all the way home---and then hours later texted me "Dr Nashi is a real jewel." I couldn't have said it better myself!

Dr. Rand Nashi came recommended for a new PCP for my daughter and I. It didn’t take long to schedule new patient appointments - which is a miracle! We were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. My daughter has special needs and was treated with exceptional respect and care by everyone in the office. Dr. Nashi - AMAZING! It’s hard to find a PCP but finding one as skilled, caring and dedicated to finding out what’s wrong and identifying the best resolution.
