If I could leave 0 stars I would. Came in for ringing ears. After waiting hours for a doctor, I had my vitals check by a nice man then waited awhile longer to finally see a nurse. As I’m waiting, I hear the staff through the walls saying they can’t wait to go home. The nurse came in, arms crossed and in a foul mood . I told her about my ringing ears and asked her to look at them, so she did, or at least pretended to. She said they look fine and there’s nothing she can do. Told me to put music on or go to the ER if it’s that bad. She was determined to rush me out of there and she did.

The very next day I saw a doctor elsewhere who immediately spotted a hole in my eardrum.

It was clear that the nurse I saw didn’t care or try. This place is clearly designed to scam elderly people. The staff are inhumane except for one nice guy.

Avoid this place at all costs.

Went to Dr. Kim to reline dentures.
Wonderful job explaining how what was to be done.
Dr. Kim took the time to get the precise fitting.

The lab my dentures were sent to did an excellent job with the turnaround time for the next day.

I called three times, because it took being told three times by three different people believe that the policy is,. In order to contact the Rapid Care Clinic one must wait until they are closed to call.
I am only calling today to try to follow up on a mistake they made yesterday. We have been with Adventist Health for years but are now on a waiting list for a new provider.

I went to the dentist there to get dentures and it took a year and a half to get them even semi wearable. they are too big and the color is like no color I've ever seen.the Dr always has an excuse for the mistakes that are made. They sent my other pair that broke to be repaired and they came back like anther persons teeth.Only go there if you want to be mortified. NO satisfaction guaranteed!

Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else. Won't prescribe medications like cough syrup. The ridge deserves better care up here.

Worst experience! Went to clinic on 2/2/24 after suffering with plaque psoriasis and pustules all over my head for over a month as a result of my 3rd Covid booster. I never had Psoriasis in all of my 77 years. My primary Dr Griggs was on call. He had wanted me to schedule with a dermatologist but I couldn't wait for weeks as I needed sleep! He belittled me when I told him how I got this psoriasis by saying that you can't believe what you read online. He never even looked at my head.he said, "You don't even know what you have. Asked me, "What do you want me to do for you?" I said that I needed some relief. He ordered shampoo. Walgreens was closed. Next day pharmacist said the shampoo cost over $300. As not covered by my Humana so they sent back 3 options. Few days later next Dr on call responded with a scalp medication but by then psoriasis quickly spread to my torso and elbows. I took a cancelation Feb 13 with Jennifer a dermatologist while waiting to see Renee Christenson. Jennifer never looked at my head! Ordered 2 weeks of FUNGAL meds. I don't have a fungus I have plaque psoriasis as a result of my immune system being in overdrive since Pfizer Covid Booster! I'm close to a heart Attack as heart is racing all day. Will see Jennifer in 2 days 3/5/24 will see if she will LISTEN this time. I'm tired of living I'm my PJs going on 11 weeks and scratching my head. The psoriasis and Bronchitis began on day 9 after the booster. Prednisone cleared the Bronchitis and itch quickly but the itchy head returned with a vengeance. That's when Dr should have doubled the prednisone for a week.i know that Renee Christenson can treat this if I make it till the 13th. I received 3 bills within 2 days for Dr Griggs who did nothing for me and put me down for believing the reports online about psoriasis flare s caused by boosters. If you have an emergency maybe Enloe Emergency would be better.

Kind and respectful reception staff. My infant son and I had to be seen and went here to revieve our care. The PA we saw Robert was great with my son. Very knowledgeable, gentle, and respectful. The only complaint I have is that if this facility is going to see children under the age of two years they need the appropriate equipment. They could not obtain an accurate weight for my son because they did not have an infant scale nor could they gather his vitals since they did not have a pulse-ox that could fit his tiny fingers and toes. In order to appropriately treat infants, accurate vitals and weight need to be collected.
