Heather was absolutely wonderful! She was attentive and easy to talk to, taking the time to listen and pay attention to even the smallest details. Most importantly, she was personable, friendly, and made me and my daughter feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. Not to sure yet only went once an so far the place was so busy. They didn't really look at my records an get my prescriptions right. He walked in and told me someone else's story an asked if he got it right?. Which he didn't because I'm not on same page as the rest. I already had Drs b4 I moved State now that I have moved this was the first Drs office that I found an I'm still waiting on a call back for the other half of my prescription for the month I already paid for the visit and everything it's not my fault he didn't take the time an look at my records I signed my life away to get them the records. I'm not to sure about this place yet it's been two days now I've been waiting on a call back an I'm still waiting. So I may have to find another drs office that takes time and not have to put source me for everyone to know my business. I was a transfer to be picked up where I left off in the other State not start all over from the beginning because everyone else is at their beginnings doesn't mean I am. And they should have picked up the transfer read my records an went from there not come n the room tell me someone else's story an go from there. That's not cool. So I will probably be looking for else where for help at this point. Like I said I'm still waiting on the call to fix my prescription.. did I mention it took 5+ hours for the b.s and didn't even get it right. Js why did it take so long if they didn't even check my records an go off them? Like I'm confused js.

I have been a patient of Dr. Austin for 10 years. He has a caring attitude, excellent communication skills and is very thorough. Every time I have to go here we wait anywhere for 3-4 hr (I have waited up to 5 hours one day) with an appointment! I asked how they work the appointments with the walk-ins? “We filter them in with the appointments and prioritize appointments.” Obviously not!!!!! If we are sitting in the lobby for two hours and in a room for another hour or two. Don’t except walk-ins if you can get keep your wait times to under a hour. The worst part is they never tell you how far behind they are you have to ask. They don’t give you that information freely. I have never been to a doctors office that is always behind, slow and does not communicate that to you. Do better!!!!!!!
