This was my second visit to Rapid Urgent Care. I am very pleased with the care I received. I was in and out very quickly. I appreciated the follow-up phone call a couple of days after my visit. The personnel were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I live in Texas, but I often spend time in New Orleans, visiting family and friends. It is nice to have access to medical care when I am away from home.

Great experience. Staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. Even witnessed a very courteous handling of a patient at the window who was expressing their extreme displeasure about something beyond the clinic personnel’s control. Doctor spent appropriate time diagnosing and explaining treatment. Nursing staff was very attentive and personable. It was worth the hour plus wait getting seen after my scheduled appointment time.

This was an extraordinary experience. I have not been to a more efficient, informative and transparent urgent care with a real doctor as a provider in years. The care was top notch. Kudos to you all for living up to your name. I am more enthusiastic about the doctor who service me. She was detailed oriented ensure all my medical needs were assessed through testing, explained and path forward given. The nurse followed behind and was just as caring and supportive and took the time to answer additional questions. When you sick you need people to care and have passion for what they do and this favorite that yesterday. I drive from slidell to Metairie for the care and it was well with the fuel. This facility was recommended by a nurse at another doctor office who said she was serviced and pleased. Thank you all much for caring. If there were an infinite number of stars you would get it. This care is hard to find now.

Best urgent care I have been to by far! I’ve been here twice in the last month with 2 of my children who tested positive for the flu. They were very thorough and service was fast. Staff is very friendly. This will definitely be my go to place from now on.

Coolest staff I’ve ever seen, they took me seriously without judgement, as they should but most doctors don’t. Super friendly and knowledgeable of their limits and expertise. I went in for a minor scalp laceration when I should’ve went to the ER, they quickly got me checked in and recommended me to a hospital that took just as good care of me and suited my needs.

Everything was fantastic, staff was very friendly. Doctor Hagens was very knowledgeable. My only critique is the day after going in with the flu I was called at 6:40am with a followup. Super kind to be checked up on but maybe let your sick patients sleep in a little! Haha
