It is inconsiderate that she takes up a parking space just because she owns a Corvette, especially since she works at the Ravenswood Clinic and other customers struggle to find parking.

Unprofessional, inadequate care. Since starting with this clinic they have changed my care provider numerous times without consulting me. The current provider Fariba Mason has denied prescriptions and does not care for patients as she should. Worst communication, and they do not even bother to fight for medically necessary medication. Also they try to double bill the insurance.

I used to go here when I was little so once I became an adult, I enrolled again. I was assigned a Dr. However they made my appointment 6 months out because there’s no availability. I ended up going to the ER instead. It turns out I have asthma. The ER requested a follow up with my primary provider within 3 days. I contacted the reception, however, they stated they didn’t have availability AGAIN. They promised to leave a message for the nurse. I had to continuously leave messages for the nurse to schedule my follow up appointment. Eventually, they scheduled me 3 MONTHS OUT This is for a Respiratory problem with difficulty breathing.

When I tried to switch doctor’s, hoping to see someone sooner, the receptionist said I couldn’t because this was my primary doctor. I haven’t even met this doctor!

I was able to speak to a few receptionists. One of them was very sweet and accommodating. However, I’ve run across a few that are very uneducated and lack of customer service. I felt as though if I was an inconvenience to them.

I wish there could be 0 stars and save a big headache for new patients. they never have appointments every time I have to make an appointment it's a headache, the people who answer the phones are rude. They don't care about the patients.

Best doctors I have ever experienced! Maybe others are right about their busy schedule, but once you get your appointment they are very good at keeping you on a rotating schedule for care.

Just called them and the staff was completely RUDE to tell me call another number then just hang up on me as I even didn’t finish my question. RUDEST Karen I’ve ever met.

It's rubbish they never have availability for an appointment not even when it's a baby it's like they are decriminatory racists they miss certain people all the time they send people to emergencies they can't do their job to emergencies they only leave when they leave It's about something very serious. Oh, when the clinic isn't even there, like at night, for example, I called at 8 in the morning to make an appointment for my 8-month-old baby and they said it's better to take her to the emergency room because they don't have them. Availability then I made an appointment for myself three months ago and they called me to schedule and reschedule it and they came out saying that due to an error that my appointment was still active that there was no rescheduling, what kind of weather, oh, that's a bad thing!

If you have the option to go to a different place you should definitely do so. My experiences with this place have been horrible. First, I had called to schedule an initial appointment with a Doctor which I had to wait more than 4 months for the next available. I thought it was a long time but didn't mind because it wasn't an emergency and I know places can get busy. However, they changed my appointment 3 TIMES without consulting with me why they were changing my date they simply would say "We changed your appt. to this day and time"...never asking if it was okay or why! Next experience, I had to fast in order to get my blood taken and I arrived 10 mins early to my appt. yet they had me waiting for 40+ minutes and it wasn't until I stood up to ask how much longer because I was fasting. The receptionists started speaking Spanish to each other saying they had forgotten about me and weren't sure if they had checked me in (I also speak spanish and understood everything they had said). Most recent experience, I called to make an appt. with my Dr. which they were able to get for me within a few days, but the receptionist refused to connect me to an advice nurse to speak to in the meantime she said I could only do one or the other...what kind of patient care is that?! I ended up calling the advice nurse number on the back of my card myself which I was able to speak to nurse who even was able to get me an appt with a Dr. within the same day.
Ravenswoods staff/patient care is just ridiculous! I truly feel bad for those underrepresented groups and families who can't advocate for themselves.
