I would love to say that seeing Dr Merrill today was amazing !! I have extreme high anxiety with cardiac issues. He was patient, understanding, and took his time. Dr Merrill’s staff is patient and upfront with all of the costs. The staff understood some people are working on a budget income. I feel like he went over and beyond what a general dentist would normally do. The parking was great. The building was extremely clean and smelt lovely. On top of it all, Dr Merrill got me in quick. He told me everything he was doing before he even did it. He made sure to make me feel very relaxed and didn’t degrade me about my own situation. I will now be taking my daughters there as well as my husband. The prices are not outrageous compared to some dental clinics I have been to. Mrs Shay the receptionist really knows her stuff and the techs as well to. I would say to anyone whom is looking for a dental clinic to do your research and ask questions. I did and I am glad to say I found Dr Merrill.

Can't recommend Dr. Merrill enough. My mother took me and my two siblings here our entire lives and still go to this day. When I have kids I hope he is still open so I can take them there.

Every 5 Star review on Google for this office is incentivized by the employees with gift card compensation.

Here is an honest review:

Dr. Merrill and his team, will finish your procedure, and as you are checking out, they tell you: "you are free to go and nothing is charged."
This is simply inaccurate.

Several days later, you will get a bill in the mail, with a small copay at the bottom of it. They are hoping you will simply pay the bill, no questions asked.

If you inquire with them about what are you are being charged for, they have no answer. The receptionist will literally freeze up on you. But if you read the bill, they are charging hundreds of dollars to your yearly insurance allotment, subtracting from your yearly insurance allowance.

Telling the patient, "you aren't being charged", and then charging your insurance. This is frankly unprofessional, and dishonest.

ANYONE who reads their bill, instead of blindly paying it, will see this.

Avoid this dentist at all costs, ESPECIALLY when there's literally another dentist across the street.

Dr. Merrill and his team, are essentially exploiting elderly patients, who do not read the fine details on their bill.

AVOID this office at all costs!

Had a wonderful first time experience with Dr Merrill’s office. Everyone was very friendly beginning at front desk to hygienist as well as Dr Merrill himself. I look forward to returning for my routine cleaning. Jaqueline the hygienist was also very experienced and gentle to my sensitive gums. #greatexperience

Saw Dr. Merrill to have a molar pulled and it was such a pleasant experience, I am going back soon to have the rest of my teeth extracted!

In all seriousness, Dr. Merrill is super kind and professional. He went out of his way to fit me in last minute when I was in a lot of pain. Definitely going to Dr. Merrill for all my teethy needs.

At 42 I visited the dentist for the first time to get a molar pulled. Dr. Merrill and his staff did an excellent job ensuring I was comfortable and not in any pain. While I do not have any other dentist experiences to compare this against, this was a great first impression for a trip to the dentist. I'm writing this review the day after the tooth extraction and can say I slept peacefully through the night and have very little soreness today. If you are on the fence about a dentist or looking for one, Ray and his team are worth a try. Good folks who care and will take care of you.

Home away from home
Dr. Merrill is one of the BEST if not the BEST dentist around. My good friend Charles Perry was his patient and he absolutely loves Dr. Merrill and his staff and Mrs. Jackie always makes the visit a pleasant experience.♥️
