They Never return phone calls, even tried that rapid text they talk about nothing back from that either. every time the doctor says he’s going to send for test you have to call to remind them of it because they never put them in the first time. Med refills take forever. Moved over to this doctor after my old doctors office went down hill under new management. But I feel like I put myself with an even worse one. I came here because I was told they are good and care about their patients but I have yet to see that. Very disappointing because I really like the office girls they are very sweet. But thinking I’m going to change doctors again.

I've left a few messages over the last couple of weeks and no one has got back me regarding my knee pain, which continues. I need to see a specialist immediately. I don't know if I want to continue with this doctor.

My first impression of this Dr was great, however after the first visit with him I have not seen him in almost 2 years. I've tried leaving messages to make appointment but no call backs, no one ever answers the phone. I am giving this place till Monday to call me back before I start making formal complaints to my Insurance provider and the Medical Board. I thought this Doctor cared about his patients because he was a very polite and a nice Doctor, but I was wrong. He just abandons his patients and has no idea how to run a clinic to keep his patient healthy.

I went and waited 2 hours to see him about hives I have been having for months. He saw me for maybe 15 min, half the time talking about how my kids should go to schools in Valencia. He then said he would refer me to an allergist, instead I got a referral to an ob-gyn 2 months later. I have left numerous messages cause they never answer. Super disappointed in my “primary doctor”.

No one ever gets back to you EVER!. You cannot get anything done, no appointments, no medication filled, no true knowledge diagnosis, I do not understand how they can be ok with running a medical practice like this. The front staff is always grumpy and just brushed you off and the Dr is a complete ghost.

The most compassionate caring doctor I have ever met in my entire life he actually listens unlike many doctors in the same field. I've had ADHD my entire life as well as dyslexia and all the doctors I went to as a child dismissed it even though my youngest brother suffered ADHD severely since the beginning of preschool being prescribed little and concerta Adderall and I go to the doctor and my teen's thinking I'm having trouble learning without knowing what dyslexia even was I swear letters looked upside down and I had not once completed an entire book beginning to end. I had a vast book collection I wanted to read them mostly Goosebumps all the Harry Potter's just cuz the covers intrigued me like many kids my same
age could but they could read it where I would just stare at the cover and wish I was able to retain the information of these epic novels.till I was 28 years old and met Dr dorio it changed my life not being able to read or be able to retain information and then absolutely no interest in Reading whatsoever and this man gave me the gift of being able to Read my first book from front to back for the first time a few years ago it's incredible I remember crying after I finished the first harry potter any book I stared up for almost 20 years when medication is used properly and not given the stigma that people are going to abuse it you changed my life and there's not enough thank yous. Dr dorio I appreciate your helpthat and so does my family

First of all, it was hard to find a phone number that actually worked to try to reach this doctor. The first number I found did not work, the second number I found redirected me to call a different number, and then I finally found the right number. I was very disappointed to finally get through and get the attitude the woman on the phone gave me. Obviously, if I went through the trouble of trying to find the correct number, it was for a reason. First impressions go a long way and I am already extremely disappointed with this office. Now I have to go find another doctor that specializes in what I need checked out.
