Convenient parking. Easy check-in. professional and friendly staff. technician always checked in to see how I was doing and made me feel comfortable. My technologist was very rude and impatient with me.
Equipment was not like previous abdominal MRI.
She argued with me about bra, I did not have one on. I couldent lock the locker so I brought my wallet for her to keep in her space. She refused. I also suggested she could use please instead of barking orders.
I was an x-ray technologist for 40 + years
I am now 77 years old, and was not pleased with her lack of patience and common pleasantries.

The technician was horrible. She would sigh as I kept moving around due to being extremely hot inside the MRI machine. In addition, I was scanned on a Monday and was told the results would take 2-3 business days, my dr called on day 2 and 3 and said it would be ready the next day. They called Friday and said it was still not ready. I called on Friday and there was no report in my file. They had to call the radiologist to get the report. Horrible, horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

People were nice. Their Policy is to make you pay up front before you get the MRI and wait for 6 to 8 weeks for a refund because they overcharged me.
