What a nice facility. Great system for checking in and you can track your wait (not by time ) by where you are in line. One on one check in to be sure you are okay to wait. (I watch an elderly woman with a bloody head go in right away). The nurse staff is very friendly and comforting. I was very impressed with the provider. She took care of me, was able to give prescription. Never rushed. I was lucky to arrive when google said not too busy. My trip was just two hours. At an emergency room this would be at least 6 hours. I’m thankful for facilities like these when your own doctor cannot see you.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful!!! Wait was as long as expected. I would have given 5 stars but they need TVs in the waiting area to pass the time. I don't now the reasoning behind not having them, patients wouldn't be as aware of the wait time. Bring something to do while you wait.

This place is the absolute worst. Got here at 845am before they even technically open. There were a few people in the lobby so I figured the wait wouldn't be too bad. Wrong. 4 hours to serve about 10 people!!! Go literally anywhere else.

EDIT: This is nothing against the staff. They are super nice, just seems like they need more!

This place is amazing and gives you great care to treat your illness and all the information about it printed out and given to you to take home. Also x-ray available so you don't get referred to a hospital.

1 1/2 - 2 hr wait 😡 if you don’t pay before you leave and have no insurance they will not see you!! That’s awful. Won’t even bill you! And I pay my bills ! I thought they can’t deny people care? If I could rate -10 I would! But illegals get everything free! Yes I went there
I wish I could post the copy of check in time and show it says 15 mins!! What a freaken joke !

Happily downplayed my symptoms and gave me advice that only worked my symptoms. When I asked for a follow up with a specialist they basically told me to screw off because even with a referral, they won't take new patients. What's the point of getting an internal referral if it's a dead end?

I try to avoid Urgent care since my copay is steep and the wait time is terrible, but yesterday I had to take my daughter in and googled Urgent Care near Auburn. We went to ReadyMED around 5pm on a Wednesday evening. The place was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the wait was much shorter than they "estimated" (they estimated 45-an hour, we waited 25 minutes). The NP was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable, she gave us detailed notes to take home with us. Overall this place gets a 10/10, like I said I really try and avoid Urgent Care but in the future I will 100% go back to this location.

Went in this morning having trouble breathing after I thought I was recovering from a bad cold/cough all weekend. Not my first choice on a beautiful day off, but thank God I did! Everyone I saw was beyond pleasant and helpful and walked out within a couple hours with a nebulizer, feeling so much better. Best hospital/clinic experience in years! Thank you very much!!❤️
