Was such a relief to find a new primary care doctor accepting new patients after having a very bad experience with my previous PCP. My husband as well! Office is small, quiet, and comfortable and the staff and doctor have all been friendly, compassionate, amazing, and have gone above and beyond so far. Grateful to have found this place! They also have a lab right in the office so no going somewhere else with lab orders to get blood etc done. Highly recommend!

Had my first visit with him as my new PCP and I am satisfied with the whole experience. I had a long list of ailments that he patiently let me go through, when I explain I was in recovery and on methadone he didn't make me feel any type of way or embarrassed or less than, which has been a major problem with doctors with me, treating me poorly because of that. He was very personable and I had almost no waiting. So for a doctor's appointment it was a good experience

Very happy I found this doctors office. Kind and comforting staff. The doctor is very thorough and you can tell he cares about his patients. The nurse helped me calm down because going to the doctors is not my favorite thing to do! I am happy to have them as my primary care physicians

I just returned from my latest visit to Dr. Ema Uko-Ubasi, and once again, I am filled with gratitude for the exceptional care I receive. From the moment I walk into the office, I am greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Ema Uko-Abasi takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides thoughtful, personalized advice that truly makes a difference in my health journey.

What I appreciate most is the genuine compassion and dedication to patient care. It’s clear that Dr. Ema Uko-Abasi is not just a doctor, but a partner in my health. I always leave feeling informed, supported, and uplifted. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of doctor and highly recommend Dr. Ema Uko-Abasi to anyone seeking a caring and knowledgeable healthcare provider!

I felt very comfortable coming here for my health care, I saw Dr. Ema Uko-Abasi and found him very professional and caring. He made me feel at ease during my examination. The office is clean and organized and the office staff are courteous and professional. The building is in a very convenient area and there is plenty of parking. Update 2/12/25 : I've seen the Doctor a few times now and I'm very happy with being in his care, he's very attentive to my needs and also thorough. I've never had to wait very long and everyone here are always friendly and polite. My health is benifiting greatly because of the care I get at Recovery Health Family Practice.

At first I felt at home like people actually cared, I willingly put myself into their IOP meetings at night. I started looking forward to going because I was really bonding with my peers and I thought my counslers. Then I came down with something and became I'll to the point I couldn't leave my house. So I called in sick to one meeting and told them I would make it up on the coming Friday, I called in sick on a Wednesday and then the next day I called in sick. So they told me to get a dr note. So instead of going in on Friday I went to the drs and mind you still very very sick. I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and was prescribed cough medicine and steroids for the infection. It is very contagious. Instead of seeing how I was, the counselors called me up and told me I was no longer able to attend their IOP. I'm an addict willingly seeking treatment and was shunned away for becoming I'll. It hurt me and triggered me some too but I'm staying strong and moving on. I don't recommend this place for someone looking and seeking treatment and yes I have papers from the dr also but that didn't matter to them anymore. Thanks everyone for whoever read this
